I can honestly say this is one of the best multivitamins I’ve ever used. I stopped taking it for a while and immediately noticed the difference my joints started aching, and my sleep became really poor. The moment I went back on it, everything changed again. My joints felt so much better, the pain reduced, and my sleep improved noticeably. It’s like my whole body settled back into balance.This supplement really does what it promises. I won’t be stopping it again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic combination of vitamins, better than many other "multivitamins" with intense satisfaction of a variety of daily vitamins. Definitely worth it for clearing brain fog, faster wound treatment, and healthy bodily functions. In my experience, it makes it easier to focus in work/study, to exercise, and to diet healthily. One interesting side effect is neon urine due to high Vitamin B2. According to my doctor, this is not a bad thing as it simply means I'm getting plenty of B2.

Not really sure about this but vitamins are vitamins so I assume it works. I think centrum might be a little better and I felt a diffence with those. The taste of these is incredibly strong even when washed down quickly with water and it will also turn urine more yellow than normal.

I cannot remember if I have reviewed this before because I have taken it for about 4 years very happily. The content of it I love as I do not eat enough fruit and vedge to get all my amounts of nutrients. This is good also for my pcos with the inositol, my depression and anxiety because of its good B complex, there is a fair dose of D3 and they have not tried to cram in things like magnesium and potassium which you need higher doses of so should take separate anyway. My mother used to take them too and this is my only complaint now: she has had septicemia and now cannot face the smel and taste of the matalic elements. This is sad because she benefited greatly at aged 70 from it. I saw a marked improvement in her skin, nail and hair and she has bad arthritis and spinal stenosis but these kept her bone density good. My only ask to make these better is an enteric coating or candy coating like some drugs have. The tablets are large and mother always has struggled taking any tablets but she could manage them with a good drink. I have no problems taking them but I have not got a strong gag reflex. 100% I recommend these and have actually got 2 other friends taking them for health issues and they are seeing benefit within a month like my mother did. I hope this review is informative and helps others choose appropriate supplements because we really don't get enough from food no matter how good we are at eating the right stuff. The soil is just too nutrient depleted these days and even eating meat the animals don't contain the nutrients they once did.

No sudden supercharged energy or miraculous benefits noticed when taking these, I have to report. Been taking these for along time now and always come back to buying more. Why? Because I notice the difference in myself when I'm not taking them/using another brand. Yes, your urine turns lime green - but that's normal considering the ingredients and quantity of said ingredients. And if you find them too big, as my wife does; they quite cleanly snap in half. They are simply the best multivits that I've come across. Other points: No iron in them: Men generally don't need iron supplementation. Women can supplement separately if they wish, especially if they are menstruating. No magnesium in them: the quantity of magnesium that you personally require would double the size of the tablet, and putting magnesium into the tablet just to have it on the label - the quantity would be miniscule/irrelevant to the user.

I am a normally fit 32 year old male, 8 days in after taking these I got a sore throat, didn’t think much of it next day took my vitamin few hours later I had a pounding headache and felt sick, still didn’t link the vitamin to this issue, next morning woke up feeling much better, had breakfast along with my vitamin few hours later same thing again pounding headache and felt sick, after 48hours I felt normal again, but I had to know if it was these causing it so waited for a weekend took another on a Saturday morning 3 hours later massive headache and felt so sick, AVOID NOT SAFE

Not the first time I bought these, been consuming this for a couple of years now, still works for me.

I could feel a positive difference in two days. Much more energy and my plateau broke to kickstart weight loss again. The only difference was that I started taking these vitamins. Truly a life saver!

I can’t recommend these enough when I used to take multivitamins for some reason I always used to get a headache and just have general fuzziness in my head I’ve tried multiple different types of vitamins and my brother decided to do a methylation test and it was recommended term to get vitamins that were methylated as it aids in their absorption you recommended. I also try this vitamin as it was highly likely I too had the same problem he was having and now I’m hooked. It made me feel so much better giving me so much more energy. I no longer have any fuzziness in my head when I’m taking the vitamin. I highly recommend it.
