Good product fast divery would buy again

If you like to generally go for organic products in your diet, then I recommend this yeast from Argano Bioreal. It is organic. I make my own bread in a breadmaker, and always use this yeast. The sachets mean the yeast is always fresh, as long as the packet is within the sell-by date. I only need to use 1/4 teaspoon in each loaf, along with a tablespoon of sugar, I set me bread maker up to produce loaf overnight, the loaf is always light a well-risen.

I don’t generally give 1 star reviews, but this I’m afraid deserves it. The yeast is pretty expensive but I thought I’d give it a go. Unfortunately though it simply doesn’t work! I’ve tried my bread recipe that I have been using for years successfully: three times and all three loaves just simply didn’t rise. See photo.

Bread rises with this but smells quite strong of yeast.

I've been looking for an organic and gluten free yeast that had no nasty additives and this works a treat. Have used it for a variety of recipes with great results every time. It's straight forward to use and the recipe usually advices how much to add depending on the type of yeast you use and it's worked well so far.

Great, no additives, and convenient to use. Perfect for making bread at home.

It gives a good rise and is organic so I will continue to use it.

I use it for my bread, good product and more important it does not give a yeast Tate to the bread. Very happy.
