Zita West Vitafem Premium Fertility Supplement for Women - Prenatal Vitamins with Folate for Preconception Support - 60 Capsules (1 Month Supply)

I took these for a few weeks before and during my first cycle of IVF. Whilst I can't attribute the success purely down to these vitamins, I believe it is the best product on the market, namely down to the additional ingredients similar products on the market don't have - such as Pomegranate Extract, which has been discussed as aiding implantation. You can have peace of mind when taking these vitamins, alongside a healthy diet, that you're giving your body the best support it needs when you are trying to conceive. The only issue - having to remember to take three a day.

Think these are the best prenatal vitamins on the market using some of the more absorbable forms of vitamins eg. 5-MTHF instead of cheaper folic acid. Vendor needs to update the picture as I believe the contents have changed for the better. Also uses B12 methylcobalamin not cyanobalamin which is like cyanide. Falls short of a few items which you'll have to supplement eg. Vit E, magnesium, calcium, B3 and B6. Along with a bunch of other supplements and a healthy diet, I am finally pregnant after 4 months of trying and will continue with these throughout the pregnancy. Thanks Zita West!

Before investing I did my research read it starts with the egg and fell in love with zita West products. You have everything thing you need in one brand you can trust and the correct dose. I froze my eggs and got 44! The average is (10-19) so I was extremely chuffed when they said 38 were viable. And I definitely put this down to the protocol I used and these vitamins. I continue to take them incase of natural conception as I know I will be giving my unborn baby the best start in life.

I’ve been taking these for a few years now and was pleased to see the change from 3 tablets a day to just two. When my last delivery came, I was pleasantly surprised to see this now in a glass bottle rather than plastic. However, there are some changes to the strength of some vitamins. I’ve taken a photo of the two containers side by side. Despite the change, I’m not going say this is a bad brand.

The product is very good quality,but price went to high from before with plastic package. I know plastic is not ideal,but can't pay so much just gor a change of packaging.

I am currently pregnant writing this after using this product this year to contribute to good egg health. I also took Impryl for 3 months last year. I have a low AMH and am an ex cancer patient. It is still possible to conceive successfully.

Been recommended these by my fertility acupuncturist as they have high quality ingredients in. Been trying to conceive for over 3 years now with a miscarriage in between, so I’m now at the point that I will try anything recommend to me! Fingers crossed these give my body a little bit more goodness

This is 2nd month using them and they are great. I have PCOS and haven't seen significant improvement yet but it might be too early for that. I find to composition and the amount of the vitamins in the daily dose sufficient and better then other vitamins on the market. I'm combining them with herbal remedies and haven't had side effects!
