I use this regularly as I find it is the best shampoo and conditioner for hair that has Keratin treatment. It lasts ages too. My hair dresser used to use a different Keratin shampoo but has also changed to this too after trying mine. Highly recommend. Good price too compared to some other brands.

This used to be my favourite shampoo/conditioner (had been using it for over a year), even over Kerastase. It had a lovely coconut smell, a very thick consistency consistency, a lovely light pink colour and by far the most hydrating I've ever used - showering felt magic. NOT ANYMORE FOLKS, something has changed since my last order and the quality has now gone down the drain, nothing in the conditioner feels the same. The ingredients on the bottle are still the same however, which can only mean one of the two: the product has been purposely watered down, or, the most recent batch is defective. Until this is addressed, I won't be purchasing another bottle - it's not even worth £8 on its current state. Edit - they offered me a free replacement and apologised for the error, apparently it was a bad batch. The replacement still wasn't the same as what I was used to have but it was much better. Haven't bought it since but at least they've gone far and beyond to rectify the error

I did wait a couple of shampoos before reviewing this to write a more accurate review. At the beginning I wasn’t sure I was using the shampoo right as it didn’t foam or dilute. After 2 shampoo I realised you need to apply the shampoo on wet hair and massage a bit and then it starts to foam like it activates. Then you wet the hair slightly again and continue massaging for a bit before rinsing. The hair will be super clean. I found the pump they provide very useful as I can perfectly dose the quantity I need. The scent is subtle and not overpowering, coconut notes very pleasant. The best part I found it to be the conditioner, it makes your hair soft for real. I tried without and I felt the difference immediately. Also after the keratin treatment the hair might be slightly dry but not with this product. Additionally the customer service is amazing and very caring, they provide with tips and extra and they are super helpful and supportive. I now have the pump dispenser on both my products and I’m very happy about it (didn’t think would make such a difference). The bottle of product are quite big so I think they will last a while so again definitely worth the money.

I purchased this set three months ago for the first time and was quite happy with the results. The shampoo and conditioner worked beautifully, so I decided to buy a second set. Unfortunately, upon opening the new set today, I was met with pure disappointment. The shampoo was almost as thin as water—completely different from the first set I tried. This inconsistency is frustrating, as I had trusted the brand to maintain the same quality and standards. I truly wish brands would remain loyal to their original formulas and ensure consistency across batches. Customers return because of the quality they experienced the first time, and it’s disappointing when that trust is broken. Update: I originally left a review saying the product felt watered down, and the seller reached out to me straight away offering either a full refund or a replacement. I decided to give it another try, and I’m really glad I did. The communication was excellent, the new batch is much thicker and exactly how it should be, and I’m now a very happy customer. Really appreciate the great service and support.

This shampoo is perfect for me bcs I wear extensions and have keratin in my hair constantly and this stops the keratin and the extensions from spoiling to coming out. My biggest issue is that there is no seal on this shampoo and it seems to keep coming at different consistencies. This has been the only shampoo I’ve used for almost 2 years and it’s really frustrating that they water it down at some point before it reaches me. It’s meant to be quite thick in consistency but it varies.

El producto es de muy buena calidad en lo personal el olor me encanta pero dura poco 😕. Llevo 1 mes usando el producto y es super bueno, mi cabello se ve diferente sin frizz, liso, hidratado. Al principio el cabello me quedaba grasoso pero me di cuenta por mi peluquera que era porque no dejaba que el shampoo actuara su tiempo así que hay que aplicarlo al principio del baño y lavarlo al final y masajear bastante. Después me di cuenta que me quedaba reseco pero mi peluquera me dijo que aplicara un serum y aplique aceite natural de coco y la verdad después de eso mi cabello se ha vuelto una pasada. Esta super hidratado me dura mucho y se ve super genial. Lo recomiedo para cabello graso y grueso con frizz como el mio con el aceite de como o un serum

In some revieew I have seen that there were complaints about its smell so I had worries but it smells like coconut and it softened my hair very gently and I shaped my hair easier..My hair is thick and long. I recommend it.
