These are great for postpartum After giving birth I was feeling really rough as you do ! I felt very flat and like I was missing nutrients due to obviously going through what a woman goes through during pregnancy and after birth plus breastfeeding. I've been taking these for 2 months now and I can report I feel better, I've got a bit more energy, my head is more clearer and I don't feel so weak anymore. Tablets are a bit big and have a taste for those who don't like big tablets. I would recommend these as a must to mothers to keep themselves fueled on nutrients that get sucked out of them🤣

I started taking these after the birth of my son and haven’t switched to another product after that. They are just so much better than the rest of the hair and skin vitamins on the market!

Tastes terrible but helps with hair loss and tiredness
I got these for the Mrs. Our baby is now 5months old and mummy has been having trouble with hair loss for over a month now. We used the pregnacare vitamins while pregnant so we were keen to try these. You are meant to take with your main meal justs before or after. They are easy to swallow with liquids but they have a very strong taste and smell so orange juice or a strong flavoured juice is essential. These have lots of good nutrients and after a few weeks we are already seeing less hair breakage and also the Mrs feels more lively. Good quality and value. Recommended. No hair loss with these
I’ve used these for a few months now & I hadn’t lost my hair. I tried another brand recently due to these going up a fair bit but I lost ALOT of my hair. I’m back on these again now there at a reasonable price again & my hairs back to normal! Definitely would recommend to new mommas!
