I cannot believe that I got this for so cheap. I have a hiatal hernia and have trouble staying on my back while sleeping. I also have POTS and tend to faint on my period, so I thought some neck support would be helpful to avoid injuries. I was right. The material is so soft and comfortable, and the button clasp is great for upright positions (like on a plane). It is tight but not choking, and of course you can leave it unbuttoned for more mobility. It is just a little thin (very squishy) but doesn’t get flat. But I think that’s perfect for comfort, as it really molds to your position. Additionally, if you want it as a piercing pillow, it is excellent because it can squish a good amount without letting your ear touch the bed. It doesn’t have much adjustment ability, but I think it would fit most average people’s neck. Maybe not the best option for people with larger heads/necks. I am so happy with this pillow, it far exceeded my expectations for a super cheap neck support!

Comes in a box a less than an inch thick. Don't worry in just a short time it expands to fit the case. Case is soft and washable. Very comfortable.

Nice and comfortable. I sacred me when I first got them they were packed flat as a pancake. But like the information they gave in the box that relaxed opened up with 24 hours. Thats is what I call memory foam.

We got this in today, I was leary from the start. I felt the inner cushion wouldn't have the firm support as my other one. We waited and allowed it to to fully decompress. After a couple of hours I noticed the firmness is just not there. I grab it, squeeze and I can made a fist. My other one is very firm and can not squeeze it like that. I'm giving this a mix review. For many people this may be comfortable, but with any amount of honesty; In a short amount of time it will have to be readjusted, it compresses to easily. The snap front collar is cool, as my other one doesn't have that feature. The comfort is good (while it last). Over all a good value for someone just needing a little neck support. But if you are looking for better support and firmness, This one is not the one for you. Just being honest. The blue one I just bought, the tan one is my older one and it's much, much more firm and supportive.

This is a very comfortable neck pillow. I loved it so much i bought another one for my husband as he kept stealing mine. I love how it comes with a sack you can fold the pillow up and put it in the sack for storage. There was a slight smell when you first open it but that went away within 24 hours.

I haven't used it yet on a flight but at first try at home it seems pretty comfy. The front could snap in 2 positions rather than one to prevent chin from dropping even more but if you turn it front to back then your head can rest closer to the seat and the chin is held up ok. The thing is quite soft to the touch but med-hard latex. I'm sure i'll find it helpful on my upcoming flight. I also own a cheap inflatable one but those smell funny and feel bouncy.

So comfy and folds small into a bag for travel. Doesn’t take up much room at all once in bag.

I have neck issues at times I use it at home while watching tv. Works great. Nice and soft.
