Keeps Food Hot and Fresh – A Total Lifesaver!
Keeps Food Hot and Fresh – A Total Lifesaver! The VEVOR Hot Box has completely exceeded my expectations! It’s incredibly easy to use and keeps food perfectly hot for hours without drying it out. The build quality is solid and durable, and it feels like a professional-grade product, not something cheaply made. I love how spacious it is—plenty of room to store multiple trays, which makes it perfect for parties, catering events, or family gatherings. The consistent temperature control gives me peace of mind knowing that everything will stay at the ideal serving temperature. Plus, it’s lightweight enough to move around easily, which is a huge bonus. If you’re hosting events or need to transport food while keeping it hot and fresh, the VEVOR Hot Box is an absolute must-have. I wish I’d bought one sooner—it’s a total game-changer!

Works great; plastic is a pain to remove
I use this item primarily for long heated rest for smoked beef brisket. This warming oven is plenty large, and construction quality seems acceptable (not incredible, but appears fine). I checked the oven's temperature calibration with a separate thermometer, and the oven temperature is correct. It also comes with a small water container at the bottom of the oven to provide some extra humidity, which is helpful to prevent meats from getting dried out during a long heated rest. As the other reviewers have stated, removing the protective plastic from the oven out of the box is a huge pain in the butt - plan for that to take a couple of hours or more, depending on how picky you are. But functionally it's working great for me.

DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE!
I purchased this warmer and it worked well for 28 days. On the 29th day the warmer stopped working. When you turn the warmer on, the temperature is reading higher than you have it set for ie: I have it set for 160 degrees, it went up as high as 218 degrees but the warmer was super cold. The doors had what looked like smoke coming from it as if it was too hot however when you opened the warmer it wasn’t even 50 degrees inside. I contacted the company (they only communicate via live chat) all for them to say someone will email me instructions on how to fix it. It’s been 5 days and as of today there hasn’t been an email from them. See video attached!

No stress holiday meals!
Making larger meals for holidays is stressful. Trying to time everything to be ready at the same time takes practice, but having everything ready and requiring your attention at the same time adds a lot of stress! With this, I started cooking earlier in the day and things finished at staggered times but stayed hot and fresh. There was still a lot of work, but I was never worried that something would be ready too early or too late. Also, I finished all the food well before meal time, and just pulled out the food when we were ready to eat. This fit multiple cooked turkeys, a full ham, and all the sides. I was shocked! This was well worth the money!

Very odd size / poor wrap / and they use USPS.
Like all of the other reviewers have said the plastic coating that they put on this is ridiculous. It is a pain in the neck to get off. They put rivets over the top of the plastic, so no matter how hard you try it will have plastic left on it. In addition, it is a bizarre size. It fits a half size pan perfectly with tons of space all around it.. With that being said it is a great deal of wasted space because of the size you cannot fit 2 1/2 pans nor can you fit a full pan. Unfortunately, they do not sell three-quarter size. Disposable pans. And less space is a huge concern for you. This machine is really a waste. Step up and buy the next bigger machine. That's what I just did and waiting for it to be delivered. Their shipping process makes about as much sense as their plastic wrap process does. I purchased the product it was picked up in San Bernardino, CA and shipped to Katy Texas. Now it's being shipped back to Corona, CA. When it could've gone directly from San Bernardino to Corona within a day.

Phenomenal Holding Unit. Just be prepared to spend some time getting the adhesive cover off
Great units. GREAT for BBQ holds. We hold briskets 12+ hrs with ease. Takes the stress out of rushing/cooking a brisket to finish when it finishes and throw it in the warmer. Also frees up precious "Oven space" during the holidays. This double door one will hold a full size serving tray. The skinnier 5 stack will not but will hold cooking sheets. Both great units, but if you want to use serving pans, get the full size double door 4 stack. Works like a boss! That white adhesive is the DEVIL! You need to allocate 30-45 minutes to get it off, but you won't get all of it. They riveted it together, while covered, so little bits will be everywhere around the rivets.... Protects the stainless, but oh what a pain to get off!

Quality Control Is Non Existent
I just received my warmer. I purchased the double door version. I BBQ often and bought this to rest cooked meat. First off, when it arrived I was dreading removing the protective film that so many have complained about. Although time consuming, I would not view this as a bad thing since most would rather have a well packaged item that you only have to unpack once, as opposed to it being scratched up. With that being said, to my surprise upon opening the box, there was no protective film to remove. This made me worried that the item may have been used. After reading many of the protective film complaints, this item is usually assembled with the protective plastic on, leaving behind plastic in the screws as you remove it. I found no plastic around the screws, leading me to believe this could be a new change in how they package their steel products. I have yet to have a test run and will update this review after. The reason for the poor review reflects the poor QC on this product before it left the facility. Both double doors have huge dents on the interior where the tray and all the parts are located, leading me to believe it was forcefully slammed shut with the tray still out, denting it to heck. In addition, the magnet doors are a joke and pop open very easily. there are openings where the doors do not fully seal when closed at the top and bottom of the doors. How is this supposed to efficiently heat and hold temps when it doesn't even seal completely? Every time I look somewhere else, I find another noticeable dent. This thing is also filthy. Be sure to clean this thing thoroughly. I have been at it a little over an hour trying to clean out every crevice inside. In the end, I did not buy this for its looks, but this is my first impression out the box. I will give it a test run this weekend as I have to smoke 4 Briskets and 4 pork butts. If it does the job well, I will adjust this rating and give an honest update.

It works, but with some careless build quality
It does work, and with gentle use probably would last a good amount of time. Be careful when you take it out of the box, because the feet are not pre-installed and I scratched my hardwood floor with it. The interior comes dirty -- with factory grime, which took me about a half hour to clean. That should have been their job, not mine. The sheet metal comes with a sticker on it to protect it from scratches, but the glue is much much stronger than usual, and it took me a hour and a half to get it off. Maybe a heat gun would have helped. They put that protection sticker on before they put in the rivets that hold the pieces together, so when you peel the sticker off it is very hard to remove the last bits of sticker near the rivets. The thermostat is way off. After running the warmer for a few hours with some pans in it (see photo) the thermostat said 150 degrees (148 after opening the door for a few minutes) but my instant read thermometer said 117 degrees. You can get close to 150 degrees if you set the thermostat to maximum (170 degrees). Some of the rivets were missing, which is sloppy, but should not impair the function. The two hours I needed to get it usable is so unacceptable. As sloppy as the construction is, it did the job, and at a good price, and I would probably buy it again if there was no better alternative.
