Nice bumper
Nice bumper, installed it myself , took about an hour and a half. Packaged well but did have a small dent on the bull bar. It was on the side that faces the radiator so you won’t see it unless you’re looking for it. Upgraded the bolts that attached the bull bar as I felt like the supplied bolts could be bigger. No big deal as I had bolts at home that did the trick. Looks great on the old TJ. Jury’s still out on mounting a winch as the metal is not quite as thick as the factory bumper. Would like to know if anyone has a winch installed and how it worked on the bumper. As far as impact goes even the factory bumper will bend if hit hard enough. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Great value, has proven itself
Waited a year after purchase to write this review. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I've given this product enough use to give it an honest review . It did not bolt right up onto my TJ , which was probably the only downside of this bumper. It 'almost' bolted right up, but one bracket was welded just slightly crooked and I had to widen the bolt holes on that bracket just a bit to compensate... Not a big deal... IF YOU HAVE A DREMEL OR DRILL WITH A DIAMOND OR CARBIDE BIT. It also only had a few bolts... For 6 bolt holes ? Anyway once it was mounted up properly it looks good. And it's sturdy . I have winched on it hard, countless times, with a 12000 pound winch, in deep snow, mud, at improper angles even. I was , unfortunately, in two medium level fender benders with this bumper on and both times the other car was damaged and the Jeep had almost no damage whatsoever . One bracket bent up slightly in the second collision but that's about it. I've rammed it against trees , just generally beat on it. Took it off a few months ago and sprayed or with some Rustoleum trim and bumper paint (it had some minor scratches) and it looked brand new again. If you can tinker with the install a bit this is a great value. They even shipped it to Alaska free. LEDS on it are worthless. My Badlands winch mounted right up so easy. My Warn 9500 did not fit, newer Warns probably will? Would buy again for sure. One thing worth mentioning is if you're running 35s the corners of the bumper get into the tire line just slightly and could rub when articulating fully.

Very happy with this bumper!
Badass, by far the best thing I have added to my Jeep. It is super nice quality considering bumpers could run you up to thousands of dollars. The coating on it seems durable and granted it is full metal it will add some weight to the jeep. It seems like it adds a little wind noise but as long as you bump some music it’s not going to be a problem. You need some hardware to install fog lights but nothing crazy, as far as installation go it was more trouble taking off the OEM bumper. The new one slides right in and took me about 35 min max to install with 2 people. (The extra pair of hands helps a lot) my only concern would be that the vacuum is exposed as well a decent bit of area between the bumper and actual engine components. But as far as looks go I am extremely happy with this.

Strong 4 out of 5
Way more positives than negatives. Positives: Fantastic look! I like lights and this adds a lot of light to my front end. Solidly built Lights are bright but positioned low enough to keep you out of trouble The grill guard is also solid and looks great Negative: Heavy, but all quality rock crawlers will be. Had to drill holes in grill guard to thread wires so the wires aren’t hanging out. With the solid build, it took a little time. I gave a lower rating for easy to install because I suck with electrical and needed assistance The main reason for the four stars over all is, it’s only a couple months old and I already see a few tiny rust spots. I assume I’ll be able to spray over them as needed, but that sucks. Luckily they aren’t very big. (See pic) Overall, great value, great look, and great quality. Highly recommended.

Protected from a Road Rager
I bought this in 2019, it was easy to install, hasn’t rusted in the 7 years it’s been on my Jeep, and is SOLID. I came back to write this because someone merged into me today and the bumper completely protected my car, picture attached is of the damage the bumper did to the other car. I would 100% repurchase if I ever needed to!

Good value, looks great and does the job. (Updated 06/06/21 -- Crack formed))
I added this to the wife's 2017 JKU when she went to 35's. For the record her wheel and tire does weigh approximately 100lbs, definitely on the heavy side. Easy to install and looks great. This is what she wanted, something that swings out together with the door and didn't break the bank. I also added the in tire brake light ring and eliminated the 3rd brake light. We experienced the shaking and clunking that other reported. By design it seems to not be a tight snug fit against the door due to the top bushing that presses against the door always seemed to have a "gap" between the door. I spaced it further out with some additional washers. I also had to shorten the turnbuckle and push it in against the door to make it real snug. She still has some clunking but no more than expected. To make it quick and easy to disconnect and swing out to clean the door I used a small 3/8" (I think that's the size) hitch pin from an old garden cart instead of the provided bolt, and wired in a quick disconnect for the brake light. I didn't have a pic that has the hitch pin in it, the attached pic has the original bolt. In all, very pleased with the outcome and product. Is it the same as other $600+ bumper and tire carriers out there, no. Would I get it again, yes! The tire itself does wobble around on bumps, but remains secure. ****Update June 6, 2021**** Out on the trail, a few weeks back, a loud "clicking" sound developed when hitting bumps. Upon investigating, a 2 inch Crack developed on the piece that connects the tire to the carrier. It goes from the edge of the steel to the bolt hole. The clicking sound comes from the two pieces at the Crack rubbing when the tire shakes on bumps. It will only be a matter of time until there is complete failure. Will need to replace the entire bumper and carrier. I am not confident enough in the manufacturing of the steel and quality used. I have had to lower the rating to a 1
