I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the product I received after making a payment of nearly ₹9,000. Upon receiving the item from the delivery person, I immediately suspected that it was a used or returned product. The outer packaging was in poor condition, and once opened, I noticed the thermocol padding was improperly placed and appeared tampered with. When I took the fan out of the box, I was shocked by its condition. It had visible signs of prior use, with scratches all over the body and broken parts. There was also a clear repair done on the back, possibly by a previous customer, and the bottom-back portion of the fan wasn’t properly assembled. Except the fan, none of the features were working. To make matters worse, the remote control made a cracking noise when handled, further indicating the product was either defective or previously used. I’m extremely disappointed with the seller for delivering a product in such unacceptable condition.

Fan is over all good but remote quality is poor.

I did not get any remote in it Leaving the rotation, flow of air is good, only during humid season, otherwise it's okay. the issue that I found in this machine is, after 7 months is, the flow of air started to stop from half down air holes, even though you put up fan. Also due to this, it got to me that , instead of rotating, the size of machine could have been bit larger with more of air holes in it. This is for seller - you can upgrade it, thank you

After using it for 2 months, Pros: Throws air at a long distance. (10 ft. +) Good aesthetics. Cons: Maha bhayankar noisy. You cannot speak when it's on. You even can't hear yourself. (It feels less noisy on the first day but gets more and more noisy gradually after use) Remote only works at a very short distance. ( 4 or 5 ft) Also, it's sencer is placed at the top on the tower facing upwards, so it doesn't work effectively. Difficult to move it because no wheels and no handles are provided. No function is given to limit it's horizontal movement. E.g 0° to 90°. You may stop it but can't precisely control it. Conclusion - Don't buy. No effective speed control. Cheap plastic. It gets yellow after use. Costly.

After doing some research, I decided to invest in this best product. Experience: I have been extremely impressed with the Symphony Bladeless Tower Fan. The bladeless design is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it also makes the fan much quieter than traditional blade fans. The 3 speed settings allow me to customize the airflow to my preference, and the oscillation feature helps to cool down my entire room. The remote control is a great convenience, as I can easily adjust the settings without having to get up from my bed or couch.

Its elegant design goes very well with interiors. Its quite effective within range of 25 feet. Good for use where you need breeze at large distance.
