The best cheese in the world. It comes perfectly packaged in a bag with ice and it's freshly made. I absolutely love the bag because it is perfect for keeping fresh in the refrigerator. I would not have been as happy if it was just a piece of cut wrapper. I have bought 4 orders in the last month and the bags are make my life much easier because I don't have to hunt for a storage container that is big enough for the block of cheese. I love it. I will never buy cheese anywhere else even if it was cheaper. The block of cheese is worth every cent. I hope that the price doesn't increase any time soon.

This the real stuff!! I was worried about it being shipped, but arrived with the ice pack still cold. Quality of cheese if perfect for our home make pizzas, melts as cheese should! Great taste and arrived very quickly.

Cheese arrived in good shape. Being hot outside, ice packs were melted but cheese still chilled enough and firm. And this is excellent cheese!

El producto tiene buen sabor y se derrite bien en el horno. La fecha que aparece en el producto según el vendedor, es la fecha de producción. El productor debería estampar esto en el producto y aclarar que la fecha de vencimiento es 90 días de la producción.
