This product has helped so much with my skin and acne. I use it twice daily and it is so worth it. Does not have a strong smell and works so well, It is expensive but totally worth it. I recommend using pea size- dime size amount for your entire face.

Works quickly for small breakouts, gentle enough on my sensitive skin but still quick and effective. The bottle could maybe use a little improvement, the design does require that you use a q-tip or other applicator to avoid contamination of the entire bottle.

As someone who suffers from PCOS and stubborn hormonal acne I love this product. I have recently added Murad to my skincare and and I love all the products from this brand. This acne treatment has worked wonders. As soon as I feel a pimple coming in I put this on and by morning time the pain and the big bump is basically gone. Must give it a try for stubborn acne

This is the ONLY product that helps my hormonal acne. Whenever my hormones are any kind of off balance i get the worrrrrst acne all along my cheek bone down to my jawline. Dozens of little bumps. I have perfected my skincare routine over the course of 3 of 4 years to toner, hydration serum, vitamin c serum in the am for this step and retinol serum in the pm for the same step, then moisturizer. it helped a lot but i knew i needed something else. i tried this and when i tell you my skin looks like glass i am not lying. it is truly the only thing to even touch the acne i get and i will never go without a bottle again. i just put it in place of the retinol every other night when im having issues. truly a miracle product.

I got this in October and now it is December so I've been using it for several months. What I notice most about this acne treatment is how it reduces inflammation and redness. It does not burn or sting like most salicylic acid products do! It seems more healing, calming and nourishing. When I use it consistently for a few days in a row about twice a day I do see good results. My problem is I'm horribly allergic to Palm Kernel Oil and if I eat any by mistake I start to breakout badly all over my face. I also notice some chocolate also causes some breakouts but usually it has Palm Kernel Oil in it and I didn't check! Regular chocolate rarely has that effect! I don’t tend to write reviews unless a product changed my life or burned my house down. This serum solved a blind pimple that had been going on 10 days with no change. I can’t guarantee it wasn’t a combination of literally everything else I’d been trying (warm compresses, BHA, salicylic microdart patches, etc) but it arrived in the afternoon, I gooped it on, let it dry, then put a normal hydrocolloid patch over it to keep my fingers away. Before bed I noted my patch was peeling. Annoyed, I assumed it just wasn’t sticking to the liquid skin this product makes on your skin. NOPE the pimple had come to a tiny head and was starting to drain. Elation, friends. I cleaned, put more Murad on, and a new patch. I’m repeating every twelve hours or so and expect it’ll finish draining in a day or two. I didn’t love the price point but after a week and a half of nothing getting rid of the huge blind behemoth on my cheek, I was ready to try anything. It worked within a day. It was worth the money. I think I’ll save it only for when I have these deep blind cysts/nodules but it’s not just 2% salicylic like you might think you can replace it with. It’s the big guns. So so thankful it worked.

This product worked well for calming the irritation and inflammation from my acne. I have sensitive, normal-to-dry skin, so I started using it once a day in my evening skincare routine — double cleansing, toner, acne treatment, and then moisturizer. My skin did purge at first before it started healing. I used it for 6 weeks, and it definitely reduced large breakouts and itching. However, it left red to dark spots on my face. I used a niacinamide + TXA solution and sunscreen every day, but even after 6 weeks, the spots didn’t fade. So it might not work the same for everyone.

Immediately fixed the redness on my face. Great stuff
