I recently purchased the second edition of "Clinical Neurology and Neuroanatomy: A Localization-Based Approach," and I must say, it's a highly recommended product for neurology doctors. This book excels in explaining complex concepts from the very basics, making it an invaluable resource for both beginners and those looking to reinforce their knowledge. One piece of advice I'd like to offer is to read this book continuously. Don't skip around the chapters, as the content can be quite volatile, and each section builds upon the previous one. To truly grasp the concepts, a systematic and regular approach is essential. It took me approximately 3.5 months of consistent reading to thoroughly understand the subject matter. What I loved most about this book is its comprehensive coverage of neurology and neuroanatomy. It provides a solid foundation and is a fantastic reference for clinical practice. If you're serious about neurology, this book is a must-have in your collection.

Ich bin Assistenzärztin für Neurologie und finde das Buch echt super! Es ist schön geschrieben, hat sehr viele Abbildungen und alles wird super gut erklärt. Es kann natürlich das Neurocompact nicht ersetzen, allerdings ist 1000x leserfreundlicher als das Neurocompact 😅. Für Basiswissen und auch um die Sachen besser verstehen zu können, würde ich diese Buch immer wieder empfehlen und kaufen. Für weitere Infos kann man und muss man größere Neurologie Bibel nehmen.

Lo estoy usando para estudiar para presentar el examen para residencia de Neurología. Es muy práctico, y deja en claro muchos conceptos para después darle de lleno a las Biblias de la Neurología

1. I am neurology nurse practitioner and my supervising physician often states he wishes he had this book during his residency. He frequently used my copy till he purchased his own. 2. This is not a pocket size book for a good reason. A pocket size book tells you what to do. This book explains WHY you do what you do - both inpatient and outpatient. 3. Detailed, yet concise localization approach. Chapters are organized with paragraph headers, colorful photos and illustrations. 4. May not be the neurology Bible for some, but is certainly a songbook.
