The scanner comes in very handy and has deemed very useful, but you will have to really take your time to figure out this unit on your own. The instructions that come with it are very basic and does not go into much detail into all of the features and functions. For example, it does not describe what the "expert mode" is or what it does when selecting that function to clear codes verses the normal code clearing function. If you try to contact customer support, you can only do so through email and their response time is about 48 hours. In my case, the customer support team was not helpful at all in answering my questions. They actually had told me that they can not recommend a product for my engine while having the exact product for my particular engine which made the customer support seem really uneducated on their own scanners. In summary, it is a great tool that has been very helpful, but you will need to spend time learning how to use all of the functions on your own.

Ive own this since 2022… still work but, its limited… my experience over the years with this item its been “OK”.. OVER CHARGE, over priced…. all it does is read code/erase.. it does describe the code but thats it… and force regen… there are units out there $80-100-200 that does what this does… waste of $449.99. Hope this helps someone not waste there hard earned money….

Helped me determine if the MIL on my 2014 KW T680 w/Paccar MX13 was something serious or just needed a sensor reset. I was able to reset the sensor but unfortunately it came back. Had a bad harness.

It does what it’s supposed to do . Easy to move around with. Clears codes etc. I’m just starting to get the hang of it great tool to have.

The problem needs Wi Fi to use it if you’re in truck You wanna check something it’s worthless
