Can I use this oil instead a perfume?

This is essential oil and it’s highly concentrated. It should not be used directly on the skin but rather diluted and either a carrier oil or alcohol

Can this help with dry flaky scalp too?

Yes I think it does help with dry skin smells pleasant also

Goos for hair growth

I have been using rosemary hair soray but this time i use this hair oil. Good for hair growth but results will be seen efficiently after continuous use for about 6 months.
