All dented, scratched, missing parts. Storage area under seat closes with a brackets that is made of thin wire breaks after fastening once. Tires amd rims all bent beyond repair. It says electric bike on tje bike and on the box -- it is not electric. I'd the tires were not dented they wouldn't fit rim anyway and they are so thin I could bend them with my bare hands. I had to spend $400 on parts to make it even drive and it is still flimsy amd ao.e dents, see photos, I couldn't get out at all. If it weren't damaged it would be a toy at best not a bike. Once I bought new parts and repaired it as much as possible it is still super tiny, back seat cannot fit anyone bigger than 2 feet tall without being on top of the driver. The driver seat is so close to the steering wheel that you can't ride it if you are not under 5'4" or have extremely short legs. This trike is meant to be a toy for small children to drive around not for adults to drive anyone in it.
