Make Healthy Tortilla Chips with this oil!
I use this oil to make my own corn tortilla chips. Avocado oil is the only high temp. oil that is healthy to eat. It would be great if chip makers would use this oil instead of other cheaper, less healthy oils. Use corn tortillas that have corn, water, lime and salt...no other additives. Chips made with this brand Avocado Oil are very good and crispy. You can strain this oil and re-use at least once. I pour the hot oil thru a fine mesh metal strainer with a coffee filter fitted inside. Store in the fridge.
