When I started taking these my homocysteine levels were at 25. I took no supplements and knew nothing about folate vs folic acid, etc. My naturopath suggested taking folate and quitting coffee to lower my levels. I did that for 6 months and my levels decreased to 17. I continued for 3 years now (but put coffee back in the mix) and my levels are down to 7. I just take 1 a day, very nice. Great value for the money, no weird taste or smell.

I was very skeptical. I have spent 1000’s of dollars on supplements & vitamins like this that did not help me at all. This I noticed it working from the very first pill. Don’t take at night unless u want to be up all night lol like I did the first night. I took as soon as it arrived 6pm to be sure it wasn’t gonna make me sick. And it did not! Usually I’d crash by 1 in the afternoon but with this I feel great all day. No crashing. I’ve only been taking it for 3 days so I’ll update this in a month. But I can’t say enough about it so far. Just give it a try. This is a must. I’m a 45 yr old female going through pre menopause and omg I’m over it lol. I also have breast implant Illness and I’m waiting to have them removed. These help A LOT. No more fatigue, no most feeling exhausted 1/2 way through my day, I feel like I’m finally starting to balance my system back to where it should be. I literally use to feel like I was 60 not 45. I can’t wait to see how I’m doing in the weeks to come. And I don’t typically leave reviews unless something WOW’S me. And this has done just that
