This towel warmer is exactly what I needed in my salon space. It heats up quickly and doesn't take up too much space. It was also extremely easy to set up. I was looking at cheaper models and they were all made out of cheap plastic. This one feels sturdy and is great quality. I can fit about 10 small towels inside, which is perfect for my scalp spa services. Highly recommend.

Wish I'd purchased one of these YEARS ago! Having hot, steamy towels on demand for my arthritic hands is a godsend. Also love these for my home "spa" days, great during facials, mani/pedi, or just relaxing tired neck/back muscles. My husband also enjoys a hot towel after a shave. The unit gets towels nice and steamy fairly quickly, takes about 40 minutes. I can fit 6 rolled hand-sized towels inside easily. The unit is easy to keep clean inside and out. I'm obsessed with this.

My daughter in law loves having this for her esthetician room. Keeps towels nice and warm. Nice compact size.

A little slow to warm the towels, but I accidentally left it on over the weekend and nothing bad happened. Not that I recommend doing that. So, slow, but seems pretty safe.

I bought two of these hot towel warmers for my spa. I use one in my massage room and the other is for the nail stations. These warmers do a great job of getting and keeping the towels VERY hot! I run both of them for 9 hours, 5 days a week and I haven’t had any issues with them yet. I don’t foresee having any issues with them in the near future either. Definitely worth the price I purchased them for.

Just the perfect size for my business

This product works well, however when you open the door, the steam from the towels drips to the floor. I'm not sure how to go around that.

This thing makes the towels very hot. I put 4 of them in my business and the staff love them. Capacity is good and the price was a good return on investment. Remember to leave them open when not in use to prevent mold and rust

I'm a Registered Massage Therapist professional, starting my at-home practice, so I feel like this review is directed to my colleagues and fellow body work/ manual therapists. This towel warmer is great. It's HOT once it heats up (about 30 mins) and fits 4 - 7 / 8 hand towels rolled up and wringed out. I'm so shocked and impressed with how hot this caddy gets. I do warn my clients that the towels are quite hot when I give them a towel post-treatment. I use about 4 hot towels per treatment on average. This caddy is compact, hot, and the drip tray works perfectly. Cleaning the inside is easy and the metal rack doesn't seem to scratch the inside of the caddy like other similar products do. However, I did watch this specific product creep up in price which I was severely disappointed about. I was watching it for about 4 months and it started at $125 and now is higher, so that's my only drawback. I would recommend this product to any professional, I would not recommend this caddy to someone untrained in hydrotherapy as the towels are almost scalding if you over-saturate the towels.

I was looking for a small towel warmer for a small massage space and this fits perfectly. I’ve had it for 2 months; so far, it works great. I can fit several face cloths in here, and they are warm in 10 minutes, very hot in 20 minutes. It’s best to use wet cloths. There is a moisture collecting tray at the front that needs to be emptied at the end of the day. Wipe clean and leave open to dry when not in use.
