Reasonable price
This is an excellent electric wall chaser at a reasonable price. The package includes five saw blades for use in different situations. It is very easy to use by adjusting the depth and width to the appropriate settings, allowing you to cut walls with ease.

Not impressed, electric shock !!
Bought in Dec 2022 used for the first time in July 2023 to chase out 6 channels in very dense housebricks. Certainly keeps the dust down but very bad design as the water/dust emmision runs down into the mains electrical switch area, felt a small shock !! Then the switch jammed. This was after only 2 wall chases totaling approx 10ft. Rather than send it back I did dismantle the mains switch (I have experience in this area) on the wall chaser to discover it had jammed up with water/dust sediment & a spring had been stuck in the POWER ON position. Luckily with the tools at hand I cleaned up the switch to its original clean state & the chaser was good to go, However I cable tied a rag to the upper part of the chaser to prevent water getting back down into the switch again which helped. When I tried to continue the 3rd chasing of another channel the water pump failed !!! NOT Recommended !!!
