Vital Oxide is something I 100% swear by. I encountered it first at work, where we use it to sanitize our lobby and triage rooms. It is incredibly safe and simple to use. It kills all the ickies without staining fabrics, safe as a multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant for both professional settings—and yes, even at home! I’ve never personally ordered it for household use, but after over two years of using it nightly at work, it became something I wanted to be able to utilize as a personal residential cleaning supply! I love that it disinfects yet is safe around pets, can encounter skin without being a major chemical issue, and doesn’t require wearing a mask as one might due to harsh chemicals. This stuff is heaven sent. I purchased the larger container vs. the spray bottle, as price per ounce was significantly different: the bigger bottle equates more bang for your buck. My order arrived with no leaks. The container is durable plastic, so you can fill an empty spray bottle and it is ready to use! I cleaned my heart out today and am thrilled. The only other recommendation I have would be to purchase a spray gun or pump sprayer to use this more efficiently. Otherwise, will likely buy again and cannot recommend it enough.

Took the urine smell from my dog out of our carpet. Don’t use too much. It had a bleach smell when it dried. No bleach affect….just the smell.

I have tried SO many products to remediate a household mold/mildew problem and this product is by far the best. It's non-toxic, odorless, can be misted, sprayed and fogged, and usable on any surface. So far it has not "bleached" nor harmed carpets, fabrics, clothing, even bedding. It works well on counters, tile, bathtubs. It's hospital grade, which is the most complete type of disinfectant and cuts through biofilm - the slimy substance that some bacteria and mold produces to protect itself against destruction. It is truly a no-wipe, no-scrub formula. Within minutes it evaporates from a surface leaving zero residue. It's concentrated, so it goes a long way. Full strength is recommended in some scenarios for first time application. In other scenarios the dilution ratio is 1 part Vital Oxide to 9 parts water. Even full strength doesn't irritate my skin. Refer to manufacturer's recommendations, these are just my own experiences of no adverse health effects. I don't often take the time to rate products, but when I find one that works this well, I'm motivated to share my experience. P.S. customer service is also great. I called their toll-free # moments ago to find out if it is sold locally in my area hoping to pick up a jug today (unfortunately not in my area). But the service rep answered on the first ring and was able to give me an answer within moments. I ordered two more gallons from Amazon for delivery tomorrow.

The best purchase ever for odor as well as disinfectant. I purchased it for odor and it worked right away. I use a 1 to 2 ratio solution to water. Worked well. Can be sprayed through spray bottle or electrostatic sprayer. Sage ingredients once settled.
