Great topping for my chocolate/strawberry Christmas fudge.
These come in a small container but have a great taste and crunch. I found the quality to be exceptional. The texture is nice and crunchy and smells like fresh strawberries. I ordered them to go on top of my strawberry/chocolate Christmas fudge. I like getting my dried fruit freeze dried as it retains more of the flavor and nutrients of the fruit than dehydrated fruit retains. I like that these are chopped in small bits as sliced freeze-dried strawberries aren't appealing at all to me. With these, I can push them down in the fudge to make them attach, before placing the fudge in the fridge to set up.

Great for flavoring frosting
I make buttercream frosting and I had a client who wanted raspberry flavored. That is difficult to do sometimes, as the added moisture and seeds can ruin the frosting. I put these through the mini food processor to make a powder, then added to my frosting. It was a hit and is now part of recipe for raspberry buttercream.

delicious but pricey
I used these in a loaf of sourdough bread. I made chocolate/raspberry as requested by my daughter. They baked beautifully and had great flavor. The only drawback is the pice. Small amount for the money. That being said, I will probably buy again to make that loaf

A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY
I ordered these because both the flax based cereal and the wheat based cereal I et never had enough berries when you shake out a serving. I was happy with the size of the serving. And a T or 2 tsp and that was sufficient. I wasn't sure I'd like the raspberries, but I do. Because they are a bit tart they go a long way. Part of the reason I like these is that the larger sliced freeze dried strawberry slices from othr companies I've tried get chewy because of their size. A bonus: Washed and dried, the jars make great catch-all for small object likes, Lego pieces, knitting markers, rubber bands and the like. So, those of you who gave the one star, since you can't return them, eat em. I'm about to try the veggies. 15 years ago our son thru hiked the AT and we freeze-dried everything, including cooked pasta and spaghetti sauce. Spaghetti leather is actually pretty tasty. My husband does most of the cooking and he loves hiding veggies in things, so I thought he should give them a whirl. Hope this help!
