100% Best product for "tummy issues..." Worked within a 24 hour time frame. Gentle but very effective "cleanse". The combination of ingredients ANDERSON FIBER BLEND has is the Absolute Best I have used. Perfect for my health needs. Definitely will purchase again & again. Thanks ANDERSON.

Blergh! Fiber. The bane of my mornings and finding ones that taste okay, mixes well, and doesn’t clog things up is often a difficult achievement. The ones that have flavoring added are just wrong. Anderson’s Fiber Blend has the benefit of being relatively flavorless making it an easy choice for my morning intake. And while there are days where I drop a scoop into water and chug it down, I much preferred to add it to some juice, a smoothie, or even (gasps!) my cold brew. So what did I think? Smell: sort of a light grain smell. Nothing adverse for me. Flavor: tastes like psyllium without any other additives. How well it mixes: As the directions state, you definitely do want to consume it quickly or keep a spoon/straw on hand to give it a mix before drinking again. That was an issue if I didn’t drink it too quickly/forgot about it. It would settle in the bottom and get quite thick. So just had to remember to stir before drinking and it was fine. Overall: As with all fiber supplements, it’s super important to drink plenty of liquids otherwise it can stop you up and cause some…unpleasantness. I also like that it includes a prebiotic and doesn’t have any ugly additives. And at 60 servings, it could last you anywhere from 20-60 days or more.

This product is an excellent product from an ingredient perspective. The ingredients are natural, and work very well at what they do. I personally take fiber supplements almost everyday, at my doctor’s recommendation as a natural way to help control my cholesterol and triglycerides. The ‘regularity’ it produces is beneficial as well although that isn’t my main purpose in taking them. With the powdered supplements you have a variety to choose from, differing themselves by flavor, how they dissolve, amount needed, etc. This product does not dissolve as well as most others, leaving a sort of textured liquid to drink (assuming you are mixing it in a liquid). The texture is a bit chunkier than others that have a texture (note that some fiber supplements dissolve completely - this one doesn’t). It has no discernible flavor, which is a turn off to me - I have some sort of weird mental block about ‘mouth feel’, and with no flavor to go with it I have a hard time getting past that. As a result, I mixed this in a flavored tea, but you could use a flavored water, or some other flavored beverage if that is important to you. I will say that from a BM perspective it works very well - it ‘produces’ with no side effects, and does so gently (usually 12-18 hours or so later). Overall, while I think this is a high quality product, with great and healthy ingredients, I feel it is too expensive at $30/bottle, and I really wish that it was flavored in some manner.

I have been using psyllium husk powder to supplement my daily dietary fiber needs. When I saw the Fiber Blend from Anderson Health Solutions, I was intrigued about this blend and wanted to give it a try. This blend contains 3 different sources of fiber from psyllium seed powder, whole psyllium husk and apple pectin. It is practically tasteless. However, it doesn't seem to dissolve readily in water, possible due to the whole psyllium husk. It also thickens pretty quick, which I expected due to the psyllium. That being said, it does mix well in a blender. I simply add a scoop of this into my daily smoothie in the morning. It adds 4.5g of fiber without impacting the taste and texture of my smoothie much. Overall, I really like this fiber blend. It has minimal taste and meets my dietary fiber needs. The added LB prebiotic is a nice touch. It comes in a wide-mouth plastic tub with security seal and wrap. Mine has a best before date of 25 months from now. The quality seems good and the price is reasonable at $0.50 per serving. Made in USA. It is worth giving it a try. Good product.

Up to three servings per day at 60 calories per serving, this is an all natural, gluten-free, and vegan fiber supplement. It blends easily into a smoothie or morning hot cereals. On it's own in hot or cold water, it's a bit more difficult to blend and it does thicken a bit after a few minutes. My preference it to consume it with oatmeal or in a smoothie as it has a bland, almost no, taste. The three main ingredients, psyllium husk, psyllium seed powder and apple pectin are natural and proved pre- and probiotic ingredients that help your gut biota and digestion. Very pleased with the minimal taste, texture, and performance...all with no added sugar and 18 percent of your daily fiber allowance per serving Two concerns: It's not clear if the full ingredients listing is on the product page or just the main ingredients. -- this information should be readily available without having to contact the vendor or manufacturer. There's a warning about lead exposure, but it's not explained further. What is the risk? Why might there be lead in this product? Priced at $20 at the time of our review (after a $10 discount), this is a good value for 60 servings.
