Well worth the money. I used it right off the bat they work the same day. That you don't have jitters you don't have a caffeine crash or nothing they are excellent. I love them I hope they never quit making them because they're just great what can I say they work for me I don't know about anybody else but it's the right amount of caffeine the listing oh yes it's just great great great

Time saver!
I have a 1.5hr drive to work & a small bladder. Drinking coffee in the morning to stay awake made me stop twice to use the bathroom (losing valuable time). Now, I just take one of these before my trip & I can drink coffee when I get there w/no stops- And, I don't have all the jitters in my morning meetings like I used to. This product works for me!

The caffeine kick is not there and I was looking for something that would help me midday when I get extremely tired I will continue taking them, however they do not have the kick that they should have.

Surprising works. As someone that was looking for an alternative to coffee for their caffeine source because it stains my teeth and I can't have it bitter, so it's sugary and has calories, I decided to have these pills.Being sensitive to caffeine as well, I took half a pill when I feel I don't have enough sleep in the mornings, and it can easily allow me to focus the rest of the working day from 9 to 6.

Absolutely would recommend. For me the 200mg L-Theanine with 100mg of caffeine works really well. Quiet focus. Sometimes during really busy days, I take another pill but mostly not needed.
