The product was too loose and unstable for my elderly mother to use. However, I gave it 3 stars because it works great for my son doing push-ups for upper body strength.

I needed this for my recliner after having a broken ankle and 3 months healing I lost strength to get up from my recliner. This works well for that . It gave me 2 handles to push up with.
