Very comfortable. No edges that are harsh because its not a blow up one. Soft. I found turning it upside down works the best 😊 I never fall alseep on planes. Slept for almost 3 hours

The cover is nice and soft, I would have like the memory foam to be a little bit softer. However, I will be able to comment more when I use it in my travels. The mask is too small, however arrived very quickly.

I ordered this for my son when we went to Hawaii during the summer, he loved it and said it was very comfortable and did its job. I would recommend this.

Comfortable nice quality!

I was 10 days away from a trip and made a last minute decision to by a travel pillow. Amazon showed it was out of stock but would ship in x amount of days. Wasn’t sure it would arrive in time so I was surprised when it arrived two days later. Unfortunately the bottom of the pillow was not completely sewn shut. The card attached said to email the company for any problems, so I did, and asked if they would prefer I return it to Amazon. Roughly 36 hours later they replied, apologizing for the delayed response (I had emailed on a Saturday night so I felt the response time was more than adequate). They told me they could replace the pillow but it was out of stock so it could take two weeks or if I took the removable cover off and repaired it myself, they would refund half the amount of the purchase. Since there was a time crunch and the gap was about an inch and a half, I opted for the partial refund and sew job. They provided the refund quickly and again with apologies. Great customer service. The pillow itself is very comfortable. For me, the memory foam provided great support and kept my neck in the upright position. I also liked that the drawstrings pulled the bottom of the pillow together so if your head bowed forward, your neck rested on the drawn portion instead of hitting your chest. Also came with an awesome 3D sleep mask (which I’ve never used before but will from now on) and the removable/washable cover is a plus. It does come with a nice travel/storage bag, but takes some maneuvering to get it folded up and inside. Really glad I made the purchase and again, great customer service.
