I’ve been on CPAP now for nearly 8 years with limited success. Even so, I would be tired all day and need a nap in the afternoon. I would also get a headache usually once a day in the afternoon. I was pretty fed up with it. I read about these pillows on Facebook and thought what the heck, it can’t hurt. The first night I tried it I thought, “this is different “. The pillow is not soft like most pillows. It is very supportive. The center part that is lower actually supports your head like it’s in someone’s hands. It’s that comfortable. I’ve been on it for nearly 2 weeks now and guess what. Headaches are gone, I haven’t had one since I started using this pillow. Naps are gone, haven’t needed one since I started using this pillow. That fatigued feeling I had all day, gone. I know, it’s hard to believe but I swear to you it helped me considerably. It’s only been two weeks so I’m still a little curious if this will continue, but it’s been a great two weeks. I hate to think how much money I’ve spent on sleep studies and equipment and supplies for CPAP when all I needed was a decent pillow. I also bought the pillows that keep me on my left side all night. Those help as well.

Tenía mis dudas luego de muchos años con dolor cervical matutino, pues había adquirido varias almohadas de distintos materiales sin obtener una buena respuesta a esa incomodidad al despertar. Compré esta almohada con cierto recelo, y tengo que admitir que desde el primer día el dolor a disminuido notablemente. Al principio puede parecer incómoda, como que no se amolda a tu cabeza como uno espera de una almohada, pero, de verdad tengo que decir que a la segunda noche todo fue perfecto. Acostumbro dormir de lado y no se cansa el hombro y provoca dolor ni adormecimiento en extremidades superiores. Es algo pesada para tratar de moverla en la noche mientras duermes, y quizá eso hace que mantengas cierta postura durante todo el descanso. Nunca olió mal como sucede con otros productos. La funda con la que viene es muy suave. Quizá el único pero que le pondría sería ese, que necesita una funda de repuesto mientras lavas la que trae puesta, pues ninguna funda que tengas en casa le queda.
