These swim paddles were exactly what my son needed to help improve his technique. They were inexpensive, but the quality is really good and they feel sturdy in the water. They fit well, are easy to use, and have been a great training tool during practice. Great value for the price and I would buy them again.

These swim paddles are fantastic for improving technique and building upper body strength. They fit comfortably on my hands and stay securely in place even during intense laps. The design provides just the right amount of resistance in the water without causing strain, helping me focus on my stroke and arm motion. They’re lightweight, durable, and easy to adjust, making them perfect!!

I returned the first pair I had as they really didn't help much more than my hands. I got a larger type and they work great; however, when my shoulders hurt (rotator cuff injury) I decided I need lighter duty paddles and reordered these. I haven't had to resort to using these but they are just my backups. If you are male and don't have issues with your shoulders I would get the larger type. Easier on the arms but, don't expect to turbo train.
