This spray is helpful when my nasal passages are dry. I like the gel in it because it helps keep the passages moist so I can breathe better when having allergy issues.

If a dry nose makes you crazy, this is the best IMO. No burning, easy dispenser. Make sure you prime it. It helped me to look at the instructions.

I was advised to buy this for my needs, I was not happy. Maybe it was not right for my current health need It took forever to be delivered I was disappointed.

This moisturizing spray works great for my dry nasal passage. I rely on it to keep me from getting a headache due to the dryness. Highly recommend for dry noses.

I suffer from dry noses that lead to bleeding. This stuff works so insanely well at keeping my nose hydrated, and it lasts so much longer than your normal plain old saline products.

I have a major problem with nose bleeds, bad enough that i end up needing infusions to replace iron, this product moistorizes my nose so i have fewer bleeds
