Great buy
This is definitely a luxury brand shampoo and conditioner. I have long and corse hair so I do need to supplement the conditioner with a thicker conditioner. If you have the money to use the conditioner for long course hair, I’m sure you would not have to supplement however, due to the price I often find it necessary. Can’t beat the smell down which is earthy and luxurious at the same time.

Great all around!
Wonderful product. My hair loves it. Soft, shiny without being heavy. The sent. It’s miraculous. Imagine you’re laying on the damp, soft forest floor. Heavy fog hangs in the air. Pine and cedar trees tower above you, slowly disappearing into the most. Droplets gathering on giant ferns growing off decaying logs fallen ages ago. You have twigs and pine needles in your wonderfully lush hair. The air is cold but warms your soul. You can detect chimney smoke from far off in the distance, but just barely. Bottle that, magnify it and you’ve got the smell.

Great Product!
We used these products for the first time in CA at an AirBnB rental and fell in love with them. As soon as we got home, we ordered them right away and have been using them for over 2 years now. They made our hair and skin feel wonderful. The whole line from Aesop are great products!

Great shampoo, just wished it leaned a little less licorice
I’m a fan of Aesop products and this shampoo doesn’t disappoint when it comes to performance—cleans well, doesn’t dry my hair out, and feels like a step above your average bottle on the shelf. That said, the scent has a strong licorice (anise) note that’s a bit much for me. It’s not bad, just a little overpowering compared to some of their other, more balanced fragrances. I’ll finish the bottle, but next time I’ll probably reach for one of their other scents I’ve liked more. Still, solid product—just not my favorite scent-wise.

Worth the cost for luxe shower products.
I love these products. They smell great, last a long time and look good in your bathroom.
