A true testament to customer service
This is a very complete kit as compared to others. Had issue on mine end with battery, but through direct e-mail went through troubleshooting and the problem was resolved. Fast response by their customer service and help. Would differently purchase and recommend their products

Beyond expectations!
Had everything I needed to replace my battery! Was really impressed, the instructions were clear enough to follow and the battery works so much better than the last replacement battery I tried, which came with no tools or instructions. I didn't have the glue they recommended using, so I ended up using a crafting heat gun on the back after putting everything back together and it worked great. One of the best battery replacement kits I've come across!

Excellent guidelines but new battery did not work
The step by step instructions with pictures was excellent. It was a hassle free change of battery. However the phone is still not charging. With my last battery, the phone at least showed a display but now the phone doesn’t show any display or indication on charging. Left the charging for 24 hrs now. The new battery does not seem to be working.

Very nice
Battery fits like a glove. They give you every thing you need to get the job done. Just a tip to remove the old battery, get 90٪ isopropyl alcohol from your local drug store, smallest bottle works fine. Take the plastic that shaped like a credit card or use an old one and after you disconnect the battery, wedge the short side of the card between the battery and inner ledge of the frame around the battery and while wedge in place, take a cap full of alcohol and just a little bit at a time pour it on the card and let it flow under the battery. Then slowly start moving the card side to side keeping pressure on it and moving it in and out. Will losen up the glue and battery will come out.

Clear instructions
So far so good, this set includes tools and 2 sides glue for easy installation. My kid's phone battery last more now.
