I just wanted to start off with this because reading people write that they are disappointed in this after a few uses is really frustrating. The real solution to healthy skin actually starts from within, STOP expecting companies tools to magically fix your problems. Rating them a 0 because your collagen production isn't up to par to the way that is used to be or even because your acne hasn't cleared as quickly as desired is silly. I went to school for esthetics and know that normally good HF machine is hundreds and hundreds of dollars which is why the moment I saw this, I immediately purchased it. Certain things you should know before you purchase this ( or have it ). Normally, you aren't supposed to feel anything ( it even says that in the instructions ). You hear the probe working but again, you are not really supposed to feel anything. If you do feel a zap, it's not going to kill you, you just put it up way too high ( also says that in the instructions). ALSO WHEN USING THE PROBE THERE IS A SCENT THAT COMES WITH IT, NO THE MACHINE IS NOT FAULTY, NO YOUR HAIRS ARE NOT BURNING, IT IS THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO SMELL. Also, the glass IS THIN AND SENSITIVE, DON'T GRAB IT HARD OR ELSE IT WILL BREAK. Always grab the probe by the body and pull straight up. Don't grab it by the head and wiggle it because it will break. This is my favorite way to kill all the bacteria underneath my skin, help with my dark circles ( I will write how I do that below ) and keep my skin nice and healthy. Anyways.... NuDerma, I am sorry you had some people use this the wrong way and maybe lost some customers due to ratings. I think this product is incredible, very high quality and you will forever have a loyal customer. ----- If you are still reading and are curious how this helps my dark circles, I use the thin prob and circle it counterclockwise AROUND my eyes as it stimulates the blood flow. Do not put this on your eyelid ( not sure why you would ) circle it right below the eyebrow and below your eye.

Purchased 2 months ago. I am extremely critical and have high standards. I absolutely love this wand and would buy it again in a heartbeat. I have seen dramatic improvements in my skin and hair. My skin looks so good I have even received compliments on how good my skin looks. I use it every day on my face and scalp. I can already see my hair growing and love to use it because my hair looks voluminous after. SKIN - I use drugstore aloe Vera vitamin e that’s water based as a lubricant. Rub all over my face and neck. Then put on Lancôme Génifique hyaluronic acid. Turn my wand on full blast with the mushroom head and hit my entire face and neck. Then I swap out the mushroom head and put the eye flat one on and hit my under eye area. The aloe vitamin e and serum soak right in. My face looks so good after. Then I finish with the rest of my face routine. HAIR - I use it on my scalp every day. Clean hair no product. Brush with wand my entire scalp. Even lift my hair and brush it on my scalp. (I have thick hair) after I’m done I put organic rosemary oil on my scalp. My hair has been growing and I have baby hairs coming out now. I absolutely recommend buying. I think I might just buy the clinical one now because of the added unit.

I am really impressed after the first use of this product. I thought it would be more time consuming than it actually was. My whole face and neck took maybe 5 mins (they say don't exceed 2 mins but I have bad eyesight so there was a lot of time in between the actual treatments/usage events. I have somewhat sensitive skin, with not too bad acne. But there were 5 major blemishes that I wanted to target. Right after treatment, I could not see much difference. Today 4 blemishes are gone and 1 is much improved. Overall, the skin looks good. I will continue using this as directed and will try to remember to come back and update my review. It worked so well that I am going to use it on some stretch marks on my abdomen, when I use the treatment again later this week. Very happy with my NuDerma. Thanks!

Works well but needs consistency I’ve been using this wand for a couple of weeks and I do notice a subtle glow and faster healing on breakouts. The attachments are easy to use and the scalp one feels really good. It does have that “electric” smell and you have to use it regularly to see results, but overall it’s a good addition to my routine for texture and acne.

I’ve been using the NuDerma portable skin therapy device and I’m really happy with it. It’s very easy to use, lightweight, and feels well made. Everything came nicely packaged and seems to be good quality. I haven’t had anything break or not function properly. I don’t know that it works for me unfortunately. Once I turned 30 I got struck with hormonal acne and I have tried everything I can think of that doesn’t require going to the spa. I drink lots of water, supplements, natural remedies and harsher face washes, I extract and exfoliate, etc... I’m now freshly 31 and I still have these struggles. I also started getting some age spots on my forehead about 4 years ago. I’m also a mom so my eyes look exhausted all the time. I was really hopeful about this because it seems to be gentle on the skin (I have very sensitive skin) and looking at most of the reviews it seems like it’s helped a lot of women. Plus, it sounded to me like it would help with some of these other struggles I have (age spots, fine wrinkles, and tired eyes). The first few weeks I was on setting #1 for two minutes, every other day. I didn’t see any changes so I went up to setting #2 for 2 minutes every other day. I recently upped it to setting #2 for 4 minutes every other day and sometimes a couple days in a row. So I realize there is a chance that I’m not putting enough “umph” behind it, but also their instructional video states that a little goes a long way and we are dealing with electrical stuff here. So I want to be smart about this. IF I should happen to have any changes I will update honestly, but so far this is my experience. It might work for you like it has for others and it does seem like a good quality machine. I do feel like it has helped my hair! I don’t have any before or after for that though. I was more focused on my sad looking facial skin. March 19th was before ever using Nuderma. I know it hasn’t been a month even, but for a lot of reviews it seemed to give results within a few days to a few weeks. Hopefully I can get back on here with a positive update! Sidenote: I purchased the smaller box separately.

This is one of those products you hear raved about, but skepticism makes you think it can't possibly be as good as all the hype. Well, this one is that good. It's amazing. BUT: DO NOT USE THIS WHILE TOUCHING A LAPTOP/ELECTRONIC DEVICE--It will cause the device to malfunction!!!! But other than that, this wand is so great. I use it in the evening everyday for 5-10 minutes all over my face. I find that using it right after moisturizing with a serum and high-liquid gel moisturizer helps the wand to glide around more smoothly. I generally use the round pad attachment only, all over the face. I also will use that part at the corner of my hairline, where I have historically thin hair. let me tell you: As a 35 year old woman who gets filler and Botox, and who has a complete skin care regimen of about 10 products, I'm VERY sensitive to the quality of my skin as I age. I started using this device after I heard such amazing stories about it. And it works as good as everybody said it did!!! I started the first couple of times on the halfway setting, but found that I'm able to easily tolerate the highest setting. After a week of using it, I noticed a difference in my skin quality, and after 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference. This thing has almost as much of a positive effect on the tautness and texture of my skin as Botox does!!! It makes your skin tighter, smoother, less puffy, you pores smaller, your skin tone more even; it helps fade blemishes, and it kills acne-causing bacteria and thus lessens acne as well! If I feel a pimple coming in, I give it a long, 10-20 second zap right on the pimple, and it helps make the pimple not get as bad and go away faster. I use the wand at night, after I put on my hyaluronic pm moisturizer, and before I put on my retinol. It is supposed to increase your skin's absorption of skincare products, too, and I believe it! Along with my once a week at home acid-micro needling treatments, I also use this device daily as part of my skin upkeep. It's great and completely worth the investment

I purchased this just shy of a year ago and really loved it. Made my skin look smooth and glowing. I don't really have severe acne so I can't really speak to those benefits, I used it for the anti-aging. All that being said, I took it out of the case yesterday to use and realized the metal tip of the wand had broken off in the device the last time I'd used it, and I hadn't noticed. I was always as careful as possible when using. So now I need to decide if I go with a cheaper brand (there are many), or invest again and get an extended warranty. Overall I loved this product but it is very fragile and you shouldn't expect it to last for years.
