Love this water jug. Great capacity. The jug looks very elegant and stylish on the worktop. The lid appeared to be a bit of a problem, as it didn’t seem to fit at all. However, when I tried fitting it to the filter carrier before placing that inside the jug, it fitted perfectly. I find the jug easy to fill as I can just open the lid, slide to the edge of the sink, swing the tap over and fill without having to lift it at all. It is heavier than the smaller filter jugs out there, but this is not a problem for me. The filter supplied with the jug is excellent and the water is clear and clean tasting. Refills maybe more expensive than others on the market, but they are said to last much longer and the extra cost is worth it. I am delighted with my purchase.

Love it very attractive

This jug has great capacity and looks good. I like the flip-up lid which makes it easy to refill it under the tap. The water has a noticeably better taste and you can't taste the chlorine that is there if you drink it unfiltered. The gauge that measures how long until you have to change the filter also seems to go nice and slowly. I'm very happy with the filter and would buy it again.

Huge capacity compared to my old one.. However- don't order the ' buy together' recommended filters - THEY DONT FIT!!!

Nice item

For me, this jug is much better than the ones I had before, especially since I had to change the filter every month with my previous kettles, but this one only needs to be replaced once every 3 months.

After many years with another well known brand we decided to give this one a try. Big plus is the fact it is so much easier to fill as lid access is larger, also the water filters through easier too, it is also nice to have the decorative jug, it looks stylish. My only concern is that the filters are different and not available in other stores and supermarkets that I have seen so far but not an issue as long as Amazon continues to stock them at a reasonable price, overall very happy with my purchase 🙂
