They are defective and the teeth catch down by the base of the shear rendering them useless. Can’t be used. Total waste of money.

love my fenice peak scissors a lot. i’ve been grooming for a bit over three years and i have always used this brand. they are much better quality than those purple dragon ones and other cheaper shears but aren’t as expensive as chris Christiansen or artero yet the quality keeps up with those brands. i realized i did not have a pair of curved chunkers/thinners and this color combo was gorgeous so i decided to get them. they work very well and are nice and sharp. i have never gotten my original set of fenice peak shears sharpened (we don’t have access to a sharpener 💀) and i only just now will probably have to order a new regular curved pair which has been my most used scissor probably for two and a half years. a great beginner brand, but also a brand that holds up for professionals. the only shears i had a problem with from the brand was a different curved thinner scissor that would sometimes not close properly/wasn’t on track right unfortunately. but all my other shears from them are amazing

These are excellent light and great size. Great for fine thining and precise shaping.

I've had these about a year now and use them 4 days a week, every week. Still cutting, need a sharpen now but held strong for a whole year of use. Good curve. Professional dog groomer of 17 years approved.
