I have been very iron deficient for years and have needed to get infusions because iron pills never worked for me. I recently developed a severe allergic reaction to the infusions and I was desperate. I ordered these on a whim and started taking it with b12. I don't know what magic is in these, but my energy levels have been amazing and I think it's also helping my immune system somehow. Thank you for making these! I never write reviews, but this stuff is incredible! For the first three weeks, I followed the instructions on the product website and divided my daily serving of 100mg into two doses throughout the day. I took three pills in the morning on an empty stomach and two pills before lunch on an empty stomach. This brought me from a 31 ferritin level up to a 38 in 3 weeks. I was happy with the modest progress. After chatting with ChatGPT on how to maximize absorption, I decided to start taking four pills a day, all at once, in the morning on an empty stomach. Neither dosing strategy gave me any stomach discomfort. After two weeks on the once daily dosing strategy, my ferritin levels went up to 73!! So overall I increased my ferritin levels from 31 to 73 in five weeks! I’m not sure if the once daily dosing is actually more effective OR if my body needed to replace it’s serum iron before it started increasing my ferritin (ferritin is the body stored back up iron). I have a feeling it’s the ladder because my serum iron first tested at 56 and then at 134 and then at 130. Regardless, I cannot recommend this product highly enough. One dose is easier to remember as part of your daily routine so best of my experience I would just do that. I drank mine with coffee every day. The only thing I avoided was large servings of dairy/calcium with it. If I wanted milk or yogurt, I would have that at nighttime. Just like the instructions say; it is hard to interfere with the absorption of this product. And it is very gentle on the stomach. I couldn’t even feel it in my stomach. My energy is already better. And my hormone production is showing improvement on the lab work due to my body being properly fueled with iron. I’m now down to two pills a day and will keep checking my levels to see if I need to keep taking one pill a day to maintain or if I can actually get off of it. Thank you for making such an amazing product. I’ve been experiencing infertility for several years, and I am hopeful that this will help bring my hormone levels into the fertility range.

I have been on Iron Repair Simply for 3 months and my energy is so much better! It doesn’t give me GI issues and I can take it with everything except coffee & tea. My feet used to hurt when I’d get up in the morning and it’s mostly gone now. I love that it comes with a free guide. It ships pretty quickly, too. I will continue to purchase this to raise my ferritin level.

The only iron I will buy. My toddler was anemic and we tried many brands of iron. Some made her quite sick, she would throw up soon after having it. She also had to have iron mixed with water in a syringe and would fight tooth and nail to avoid taking it. But once we switched to this one, she literally stopped fighting, would take it with no issue at all and her pediatrician was shocked at how fast her iron numbers went up! She was expecting her to be anemic for a few more months but it was resolved within a month and a half or so being on this one. She’s also shown no nausea while on this.

This wonderful supplement really got me out of a miserable anemia state...I didnt want to take any other iron supplements with all the junk they added..food coloring, etc. This heme iron also is gentle on my stomach. Very good product!!

I wanted this to work for my body and I'm genuinely sad it doesn't. In fact, after only a few days of taking it, it made me violently ill. I had multiple diarrhea attacks after making the mistake of taking this on an empty stomach one day. I've never in my life seen diarrhea from my body that looked like THAT. Truly shocking and horrific. After these multiple diarrhea incidents I laid in bed for the rest of my day, and the next morning I saw that my face was pale as a literal ghost, ashen, and honest to God I am now looking like I've never seen the light of day in my entire life. My husband told me my face looks like I've been living underground for decades. It truly feels like false advertising to me, since they do advertise their pill as being one that can be taken with or without food. I got so worried for my health I googled the brand and found out about a very recent lawsuit against this company for them falsely claiming to have heme iron in these pills, when independent lab testing revealed they don't have any heme iron! God only knows what is in these pills. If anything I think these pills might have depleted what little ferritin I had to start with! Please look up the lawsuits against this company before buying. I am now left wondering what the hell these pills did to my body and my system that I am now left looking literally DECEASED. It's extra disappointing given the price of these things.

I have been taking another brand of iron for years with minimal results. I'm starting on my second bottle of Three Arrows and am happy with my experience so far. I am starting to feel less tired and just feel better overall.

I ordered 1 bottle initially to make sure I didn't have any side effects from it; once I did okay on them, I ordered more. I started out slow, taking 1 per day for a few days. Then I increased to 1 two times per day for a few days. Then kept slowly increasing. The only mild side effect I've had is softer stools than normal, which is fine; they weren't loose...it just made it easier to "go". I have not had any constipation. I haven't checked my ferritin levels since starting. I've only been on these for 1 month; I go for lab rechecks in another month. I'll update once I get my labs redone.
