Great product, high quality, well worth the money.
This was a great purchase.... after researching the many stair lifts that are available,,, considering the cost I thought that the product would be less than stella, but I was very pleasantly surprised to see while unpacking the separate components that the quality was very high... extremely well built... this is tremendously well fabricated... solid materials and well thought out in terms of assembly. I did have some challenges when connecting the separate pieces of rail together but aside from that it went together very easily. A great value and quality product for the money.

Excellent value for the price
If you are looking for a cost effective solution for a chair lift, this one is an excellent choice. There is a very comprehensive installation video on YouTube and the manual is detailed and well written. One tip, though. When you install the seat and the footrest, the cable for the seat is easy to find on the unit, however the cable for the footrest is tucked into the footrest mounting bracket and you have to fish it out to find it. The lift won't function until both cables are plugged into the drive box. Took me an hour or two to figure this out but once both cables were plugged in, the unit functioned flawlessly. This one costs half of the next more expensive unit I'm seeing for sale, and is well worth the price. Since this one is made in China, if you're on the fence about buying one, I'd do it sooner rather than later because I have a feeling the price is about to go up...

Seems like a nice unit
I dropped it down a star because they to fight to get the rails to slide together. Beyond that it’s replacing an obsolete unit that quit on us. Big difference in weight between them . The light weight aluminum rail was easy to move around as a full piece of track . The drive unit seemed easy to mount as well. The power can be connected on top or bottom of the rail . Unfortunately the power cord on the new unit was shorter power cord than our old dinosaur that beast had 15 ft cord so I suspected a new outlet would have been needed to be put in anyway. Seems like a good value for the price, hopefully it last the 20 years like the one it replaced Time will tell. Oh thought we had missing a small bag of parts . I had called they were going to send them but in the meantime I had found it at the edge underneath our freezer . So seems like it’s a good company that wants to take care of their customers satisfaction. The rail box end was slightly open when it was delivered but the rail had a protective cover and wrapped really good . Not sure if that why the track was hard going together or if it’s a common for them to be that way . Compared to the older unit this is a lot quicker to go up and down on . And best of all remote control boxes. No extra wires running around for the top or bottom controls.

Great value for the money, works very well, self install was mostly easy
We purchased this unit to assist an aging relative with getting up and down the stairs. Installation was straightforward, the manufacturer's install video instructions made the entire process relatively simple, with one minor exception that necessitated a phone call to a local installer. The provided instructions and install videos failed to mention loosening the seat swivel sensor screw on the underside of the seat assembly, which is fully tightened at the factory (See attached photos). After getting everything set, I was unable to make the lift move up or down on the rail, except in override mode. Pressing the up or down button on the armrest produced a long beep, but no motion. An installer informed me that the sensor screw has to be loosened approximately 1/8th turn before the unit will operate. Once I performed this action, everything started working just fine. I'm a little disappointed that the paper manual and online videos didn't make note of this, and would recommend they be updated to include this critical adjustment. Other than that little hiccup, we are very pleased with the lift and happy we purchased this unit. I hope the attached photos help future buyers avoid the confusion and frustration I faced during the final setup.

Great product, easy to install, excellent price
We've had an excellent experience with this seller. I ordered the item early in the morning and it was shipped the same day. It was delivered 3 days later, which was a full week earlier than expected. Kudos to the seller for a great ordering/delivery experience. We installed the stair chair this past weekend so have only been using it for a few days. it took 5-6 hours to install but there were several breaks in there, we were not working continuously. We watched an installation video and it was very helpful, we went step by step through the video and watched several sections multiple times. We never used the instruction booklet that came with it so not sure how helpful that is. Overall installation was easy, nothing complicated about it, did not require special tools, etc. We do need to call customer service with a question about a clicking noise. So far it's been great and we're very happy with the chair. We had two quotes from local vendors that were in the $13,000-$17,000 range so we feel good about the purchase!

Pretty easy to install. I used only one of the tracks as my stairs from the garage were very short. I will get a second stairlift for the stairs going to the upstairs bedroom at some time in the future. It is very quiet and my wife likes it.

Received the shipment in good condition, promptly with all parts required. Did the assembly in 5 hours (could be faster but I’m in 80’s) The unit is well-designed and of good quality. Cannot say this about the shop's quality control. The biggest issue I had was with the junction of rails. The rails junction cut wasn’t precise and de-burred. This caused a chair-jerking ride through this junction. I was able to sand down the unevenness that has improved the ride. Another issue I have had was in following the assembly instructions. I didn't find the written instructions user-friendly, but the video assembly demo was quite good except for the last piece of nylon rack to be inserted and cut in length. After riding the chair up and down fully loaded (me sitting on it) the cut nylon rack piece became too sort requiring a whole length plus some. Overall the chair rides well and is easy to use. A great addition to carry passengers and heavy shopping provisions to the destination. I’m working to integrate the lift up/down remote command to the Wi-Fi, Alexa and Google Home. This feature should have been available with the purchase (modern days). Update: The project linking the chair-lift to the Alexa and Google Home is done. It works well and is useful as one from a remote location can call the chair up or down to wait for you. Total cost $30.00 Canadian USD 22.00, pulse some wires and soldering. Not necessary but it's fun to do it.
