As I get older I’ve noticed my body needs more nutrients than I can get from just my diet. I added these to my supplement routine and they’ve been the best addition! Good stuff! I’ve been using for a decade now. My hair, nails, and skin all reflect that. It works well for joint health and recovery issues. I’ve used it with sciatica to truly remarkable results! Highly recommend, try breaking the pills in half.

This Collagen does what it says. Older skin bruises easily, but I have no more bruising! My hair remains thick. My two “cons” are that it has done nothing for my nails and you have to take 3 big pills a day. I can still swallow easily, but for some this is a problem. Make one medium size pill and you would have a winner!

I have been taking these collagen supplements for close to 2 years. It seems that the longer I take them, the better the outcome. I have aging skin, and I tend to bruise easily. A provider suggested that taking collagen supplements would help with bruising. It HAS! I have skin that isn't bruising, stronger fingernails, healthier hair and feel better in general! I now have my husband taking them! I feel that these are extremely effective! These supplements do not upset my stomach like many others do. They are a larger tablet, but I don't have a problem taking them. I will continue to use this supplement! I am extremely pleased with the results!
