Accurate Device and Comfortable to Wear
I'm impressed by this device with the ease of downloading the app and using the app. It is simple to use. It is very similar to the ones used by in professional sleep studies. My doctor was impressed with the report and summary. I use it to see how I am doing with my APAP at night. My wife is on oxygen at night and checks how her levels are doing. It will work good for travel to check at different elevations. This is a great Pulse Oximeter for the money. Glad I made the purchase.

The Emay Sleep O2 Pulse Oximeter is a excellent device and is great for CPAP device users needs.
I received my Sleep O2 Pulse Oximeter a few days ago. It arrived in a special plastic cube that insured no damage during shipping. The instructions included were accurate and concise to get you up and running in a very short time. It is best to charge the oximeter before using, and it came to a full charge in a very short time. In the past I have used a Emay EMO-80 Pulse Oximeter and it used the same app as the new Sleep O2 does. It would be wise if you have also used a EMO-80 device and either had the app installed on your phone for it and deleted it, or have the app on your phone presently, to be aware that your old data from the EMO-80 will be presented to you when syncing the app and phone for the first time. When I installed the Sleep O2 app to my Android phone it apparently recognized the old data and attached it to the newly downloaded app. At that time I was trying to sync my phone with the newly installed app for the first time, which is supposed to set date and time from your phone, and set the app to use this method of date and time tracking going forward. Because data was carried forward it affected the syncing of date and time with incorrect results. I corrected this on my second download from my second nights use of the Sleep O2 device, but first I deleted all the old data from the Sleep 2 app on my phone. I am a CPAP user with obstructive sleep apnea with hypoxia. I have been through a sleep center test and diagnoses. The equipment a sleep center uses is very comber son and does not encourage a good nights sleep while testing. I have been using a Resmed cpap machine and their app to generate a very good report to take with me when visiting my primary and pulmonary doctors. Now I will also be able to take with me, to my doctors a very good oximeter report thanks to Emay. The Sleep O2 is very easy to use and is so light that it should not hinder your sleep. I will use it as reports are needed. The downloading of data to your phone is a simple process and the display will let you know after a very few seconds that the download has completed. The SleepO2 is a excellent choice for tracking O2 and pulse over longer periods of time and Emay support is the best. I have found only two minor things that might improve the user experience. 1. The tiny power button on the face of the wrist unit is black in color and is the same color as the face of the screen that it is in the center of. It can be difficult to see in low light or with out your eye glasses on. 2. The USB cable that is plugged into the wrist device has a extended male end plug that is longer than other similar USB cables, and could be considered proprietary. I tried another cable I had and the metal male plug was not long enough to make contact inside the wrist unit socket. Over all a great choice at a fair price.

Easy and Effective
Easy to use. Comfortable. Excellent reports. Certainly helped get good data for nightime oxygen levels.

Quality product
This product works very well it gives you detailed information of your oxygen and your heart rate throughout the night and when I say detailed I mean it's pretty detailed it gives me all the information that I need and then I am looking for I'm giving it 4 and 1/2 Stars and the only reason it is not five stars is because the interface that allows you to print in a little complicated it wants you to send it to a PDF and you work when you're working from a phone and a bluetooth printer is a little cumbersome so a smoother transition from the report to the printing process would make this a perfect device in my opinion

Easy to use, great information
Easy to use, great information. I wanted to get this as my doctor told me that maybe sleeping on my side would be enough to not have to have a CPAP or other corrective measure for moderate sleep apnea. So I wanted to experiment with sleeping on my side and see how I did. I used this several nights and downloaded the data onto the app, printed out the reports, and the reports confirmed my apnea and showed that sleeping on my side did not make much difference! So at least now I know and I have done my homework. The reports also alerted my doctor that my O2 levels really drop at night and I may need supplemental O2. My husband has used this monitor also and it also has merely confirmed the results of his home sleep study. Now I will be loaning this out to friends who are curious about their overnight O2 levels. And I will be doing an overnight sleep titration study as my doctor wants. Thanks for a great little product.

Not what I expected Not even as useful as your average finger monitor.
I bought this for ease of access, collection of historical information, ability to share information and low 02 and HBM alarms. First surprise the wrist unit has no display. Not even sure how the saved information works, you have to turn off the collection somehow to make that happen and I've lost interest in this thing. So far no alarms have gone off despite being clearly being below the 90% threshold for an extended period of time, no vibration, no sound. Checked setting reset settings no change. You can only see your stats on your phone APP and the stats are not the default first thing you see when you open the APP. Even if it is left open when you come back to check your stats you have to reconnect as the photo shows you still have wait for it to connect and then you get a new menu display with O2 and BMP. The menu that should be the FIRST THING YOU SEE. See the actual photo attached. How hard would that be EMAY? I'm thinking not VERY. Notice the connect button and no stats in the attached photo. You have to connect every time to see your stats and you can't view saved history while you are connected. Really poor app. I'll be sending this back and soon as find one that has a display and an app that provides the information, I bought the thing for in the first place. The finger sensor is bigger and probably better than the last 2 VIHealth units I have had, but this cord is very flimsy. See photos. I don't expect it to survive long. Like VIHealth this unit uses a proprietary USB port. Meaning you cab ONLY use their little 8" charger cord. And even though it appears to be the newer version USB. It isn't the exact same size and it still only plugs in one way. Battery only lasts for 12 hrs.

This is a well made simple to use pulse / oxygen recorder if your needing to do overnight checks on these health areas , I used it to check if I have sleep apnia issues and I’m pleased to be able to self test for this , the 8 hour download to the app for reviewing minute by minute is excellent health history to keep if you need to show a doctor in the future , highly recommend this product

What a great product I have purchased two cheaper different brands in the past year and both failed . I am so pleased with the performance, quality, and it is so easy to use. The accuracy of the oximeter is excellent and easy to print out and store the data. I have COPD and my respiratory nurse was extremely impressed with the results and accuracy of it . I can honestly say that I would recommend this Oximeter . Phil in Somerset

A very useful piece of kit to have, I found it comfortable to wear at night it didn’t come off my finger at any point. Easy to use and accurate readings. The app is very handy as your data is at your finger tips to look back over for health care providers.. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has low oxygen levels during the night.

I need the device for overnight recording and, having owned other recording oxymeters, I find that this one works reliably, with a stable signal, and the sensor is reasonably comfortable and does not easily come off. The battery reliably lasts overnight. There are no signal drop-outs, and the measurements appear accurate. The phone app can export data, and the output format is compatible with OSCAR. It is important to note that this is a designed for overnight recording. Even though nominally it can be used for spot measurements, this is not its primary purpose, and therefore spot measurements require some fiddling with apps and settings. In all, a single-purpose device, that does what it is designed for, and does it well at a cost sensible for a home user. It does not replace a spot oxymeter however, so, for spot measurements, I use another device. My only (very minor) gripe is that there is no alarm if the saturation drops. Again, this is not the intended use, but it would be a very easy function to add to the app, so I would be very happy to see it in the future. For the moment, I keep using it for overnight recording.

I bought this for my partner for Christmas as he suffers with sleep apnea and has terrible sleep. It was well worth the money! Thanks to this watch he's been able to see when his body has low oxygen levels and see how this effects his heart rate. He can tell when he's had a bad nights sleep and how it impacts his day. He likes the daily report and overall it's helped him understand his sleep much better. He's under health physicians already to help diagnose the cause of the sleep apnea. But I believe this watch has helped him become more mindful of his daily lifestyle habits and what he needs to change. Overall a great bit of equipment, and good customer service.
