These are very healthy but I was afraid the flavor would be too strong but they aren’t strong at all. The flavor is actually interesting but not unpleasant I’m very happy with my purchase

These do not taste well but they're supposed to be good for you.

Product seems of good quality. Not sure if they work but giving them a try. On 2nd bag. Bitter - yes, but eventually get used to it. Also gives a tingling numbing feeling that subsides quickly. So don’t panic.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It was described as not being processed any further than necessary in order to preserve the nutritional value. It was priced within budget...it also tastes pretty dang good considering that it's bitter. Yet the gradual taste bursts with apricot and reminds me of my grandfather's orchard. Also, I was not poisoned and had no type of allergic reaction happened whatsoever. Pretty hesitant after reading the warnings having researched via internet. But what I truly think that "they're" trying to keep something beneficial from the public by scaring them away from them. Check out what Kent Hovind has to say about them. I think he's absolutely right. Enjoy. I did.

I only had a couple of seeds but they appear to be of very good quality.

This product really scared me. I would not leave it in my house. In very small writing on the back it says if you take more than 3 a day that it can cause cyanide poisoning. That should be enlarged. If a child got a hold of this thinking it was a snack it could be detremental. Not sure of how I can dispose of this but had I know I would not have purchased

I am giving this a 3/5 because I did not like the taste. Although the health benefits of apricot kernels are touted for parasitic cleansing and fighting other health related issues, I could not stomach the taste. Instructions say not for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, only eat 2-3 seeds per day as there is a potential for accute cyanide poisoning. Please understand what you are buying before spending the money, or not. Either way, they are bitter as described, sweet - yes, and not for us. Packaging is great, instructions for consuming very clear, and all the info is there. They were fresh, and I am sure the quality is high compared to some other brands, but again - not for us.
