This camera was just as described, fit perfect and installation was a snap. Great installation video available. Set up was easy and quick.

Super easy to Install and it looks like factory equipment.

Installation is indeed as easy as they mention on the video (for the front camera), anyone can do this, and the camera works well. If you want to install the rear one without dangling cables, there is a bit of work to be done, and needs some DIY skills. The only thing I find a disavantage is that the camera doesn't have a button that allows you to permanently store a captured event if you don't have the app running. So you need to stop, open the app, find the event on the sd disk, and save it, otherwise it will be overwritten over time.

Great quality, great fit

Wasn't sure about buying the Fitcamx dashcam for Defender. So few reviews but I took a chance on it. I also bought the polarized lens for the front cam. Here is my honest review of the dashcam system. The Good - Front cam is super easy to connect and install with just the pry tool in the box. - Video clarity (see attached photos) is very good. No pixelation at all - It looks OEM. - Comes with a usb dongle to xfer the videos to your computer or use the phone app to download. The Bad - Fishing the cable to the rear cam from the front cam. If you are nitpicky this may bother you. Frankly it hasn't been an issue for me. The Ugly - It is difficult getting the microSD card in and out of the front camera. It doesn't seat properly and I have to spend a few minutes each time to get it to stay. This needs to be addressed by the company or further issues will develop with time.

It does what it says it does. Easy install

I’m not handy but set this up in 5 mins. Comes with the tool to pop old one off. Very easy. Hardest part was disconnecting the existing wire because it’s locked in with a pin. Use a paper clip or something to push the locking pin in and then it comes out easily. It setup to the WiFi app on my phone first try no issues. Very happy with this purchase - exceeded my expectations.

Buon prodotto con caratteristiche interessanti sia per la qualità della CAM, che fa egregiamente il suo dovere, sia soprattutto per l'ottima integrazione nel nuovo Defender. Sostanzialmente si sostituisce la cover di serie al vetro e si mette quella nuova con la cam integrata, quindi praticamente identica all'originale come risultato finale. Esteticamente molto funzionale e semplice il collegamento elettrico che richiede un minimo di attenzione e forse delle pinzette curve per poter meglio reinserire il piccolo connettore.

Acquistata perché , purtroppo, io e mia figlia siamo stati oggetto di un aggressione da parte di un ubriaco/drogato. Fortunatamente il defender ha fatto il suo dovere !! Bella la confezione, prodotto con rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono, molto molto facile da installare e configurare. Immagini di buona qualità, più che sufficienti a leggere chiaramente le targhe nelle registrazioni……insomma fa il suo dovere. Se avevo questa cam installata avremmo potuto sicuramente denunciare l’aggressore. Per me… consigliata…. Nn si sa mai!
