It is a seamless and gentle experience, no pain or discomfort when pushing it out. CONS: Bloating and Gas relief was very minimal and unnoticeable. (I suggest looking elsewhere for IBS sufferers) note: The pills do require temp control, so store them in a cool and dry place to prevent spoilage or in the fridge, as other reviewers have mentioned due to it's liquid ingredient. (it may spoil similar to omega-3 fish oil gels) The gel pills are reasonably small making them easy to swallow but if a smaller pill is needed then avoid 'gel-pills' altogether, as they do not go any smaller.
