I want to start off by saying I love these tea’s! Did they make me lose weight? No. Did they help/assist me lose weight? Yes.First, I’ve always had problems with bloating anytime I eat, and constipation. But with these, I’m going about 2-3 times daily! It also really helps with bloating.2nd, I used to drink a glass of wine a night to “relax” but now my hot night time tea is all I need! The taste is delicious and the warmth relaxes me!Lastly.. I think these tea’s changed my mindset of losing weight so of course to “help them” I make sure to get my daily walks!So in conclusion, yes, these helped me lose weight as it helps me go to the bathroom, convinced me to stop drinking, and convinced me to walk. But do I think these actually caused weight loss? Unfortunately no. I love these though and I am a forever buyer!

The tea itself tastes great and works. The only downside is that the bags holding the leaves are kind of cheap so you do get lots of leaves in your tea.

I purchased this hoping that it would be similar to Boo Tea out of the UK. Boy was I wrong. All I know is I didn't count my teas bc the pkg came sealed so I assumed the right number was in there 14ct. I have 14bags in the Morning Tea but was short 2 Nighttime tea bags. Regardless, the tea does surpress your appetite and cravings but not fully. I was still hungry. The night time teas does what it's supposed to; clean you out and food left in you intestinal tract etc. Overall this tea wasn't bad but it also was great! If you want to really do a Teatox get BooTea if they will send it overseas to us again. Love love

Can’t give it exactly 5 stars or lower because I just received my package yesterday and I’ve only started the first day.I am new into my holistic PCOS journey. I bought these specifically to give me a solid detox before following my new 4 weeks plan from the book “The holistic PCOS healing bible”.I am currently 2weeks late from my typical 40 day cycle. I started this tea last night and I woke up having to use the restroom. I also started cramping like I’m going to finally start my period.If I see aunt flow after using this tea 1 time, it’s already a 5 in my book. By no means is this a tea for pcos! But I thought personally it would be a good start to clear my system!

Most of my bags are opened and it’s like detox wasted and money wasted since I can’t even have the tea without everything falling out. So upset. Attached are just four of them opened to show proof.

This works! First time effect is much stronger than continued use, but it is reliable and cleanses well!
