I’ve recently developed TMJ and my temples muscles have been incredibly sore. This is great for those hard to reach muscles.

Just learning about reflexology but seems to be a good product and came as described.

I have been using acupressure since 1972--it helped me find the right wife with foot message, its excellent for therapy and self examination (finding the proper sensitivity in the right spot, either the hand or foot).

Looks like good quality! Accidentally left it by the sink and they got wet and did not rust. The only thing is as stated by many reviews is that the instructions are not in English! You can just look for instructions on YouTube or google and they should come up! That’s what I did!

The gold colored one works well, but the silver smaller one was not smooth on the end and would scratch my skin. Customer service was excellent to return them. 3 star because it would work if they pay attention to quality

I used to be a massage therapist, so when my hands started hurting and I needed a tool to really get in small areas, (finger joints and muscles) I got these. PERFECT for my needs and after a couple of uses I saw great improvement. (i.e., the pain got less and less) I would DEFINATELY buy again.👍👌

Au début je prenais un papier mouchoir ou bien un petit bout de mon chandail mais j’ai finalement trouvé une solution peu jolie mais fonctionnel. J’ai mis un ruban adhésif !!
