Oh thank God! Relief! For years I have struggled with earwax. I've bought em all and they are always terrible. This design is fantastic. And the only thing that has worked for me. Don't listen to those negative reviews, ear conditions vary and it sounds like they didn't use it correctly. Suction level 5 is kinda gnarly haha, I use it on 2. It works best if you don't have dry, hardened ear wax. I actually use hydrogen peroxide to soften and moisturize the wax and do a few rounds of that first. Then, use the hose and that silicone spoon attachment and rotate it and pull it back slightly as you probe for wax. That spoon will spread open over the wax and suck it right out. Like MASSIVE amounts lol omg!! I was floored to see how much it pulled out. This is the best ear product I've ever used and it feels way more comfortable and safe than putting instruments in your ear. I use the soft brush but the other little sticks freak me out. Soften it up first and I doubt you'll need em, this thing is amazing. This design comes with multiple chambers to catch the wax that are easy to get to and clear out too. Worth every penny and thank you so much!!

The works well. The ear wax loosening spoon was not in the package as advertised. Use instructions was totally inadequare. The battery won’t hold a charge. Even using once a week, I need to recharge the battery every time.

I ordered this and it seemed to help a little. But not as much as I had hoped. I still have ear wax, and I had to do some scraping with the scraper tool they provided befor I could start the vacuum.(their instructions). And it fellt like a little wax was removed, but not not what I was hoping. I would give this product a rating of about a 6.

Product was outstanding. After years of medical facilities trying to clean earwax and inflicting injuries at times and not able to get all wax out, this tool performed excellent! The instrument was easy to use, no pain offered, and did and outstanding job of removing ALL wax. The suction applied was perfect. You won’t be disappointed in it’s performance. A check of the ears after cleaning revealed the cleanest ear canals imaginable.

Well the product design is good and quality seems fine. Problem is the suction power even on its highest setting is only strong enough to pull out water. If your expectation is to be able to get to ear wax, this product won't cut it. Good design, not strong enough power.

This will remove water okay and has suction that is good for water, but not for ear wax. I was disappointed as I was expecting it to remove the wax .

Followed the instructions and instruction video to a tee… ended up having one of the ear attachments falling out in my god damn ear… I was fortunate enough to retrieve it out after 15 minutes using the scooping attachment… but what a horror show. I would’ve had to go to the Emergency Room if I wasn’t able to get it out of my ear drum… And no… I did not place the item into the ear drum. I used it on the surface of my ear only… the flimsy attachments are the issue, and one of the flimsy attachements is what fell into my ear drum and got stuck. Don’t buy. Save a trip to the emergency room as a result.

Intenté usarlo y no sirvió para nada, no lo recomiendo, mejor compra una jeringa y ortiga por dentro tu oreja, es más seguro.

Battery didn't last more than 6 months. Won't take a charge anymore.

I think you really need to work on the return process. The product was used, and you can clearly see the product box was open when you open the shipping box. Inside the unit had marks on the side, and dirt, the instruction manual was also dirty. You can also see someone else's fingerprint on the box itself, looks very sticky and smudged.
