I just bought it because last year I bought a Samsung dryer and it I just wanted to make a much ! apparently they communicate in between via the app so they help me to save some energy! very quiet and efficient with alot of options for any fabrics! the auto dose is a game changer on using the right amount for the load you put on,so saves me spending on the detergent to! highly recommend it for the price and quality! very happy

A solid machine at a reasonable price. Had the machine for over 9 months now and it had performed as expected in a busy household. The add feature has never been used and is a bit of a gimmick really. Wish I’d have opted for the version without this as it’s the perfect play thing for toddlers. It does get locked when the child lock is activated. This is not the machine’s fault; it’s mine for selecting the wrong version. The drum is easy to clean and the seal hasn’t even come close to getting manky. Clothes always come out as clean as expected. Very silent operation (if not overloaded). Can’t complain at all and was a very reasonable price at time of purchase. We got this to replace a 5 year old Bosch machine which was very disappointing.

This is, without question, the best washing machine I’ve ever had. The variety of programmes together with the choices within them for spin speed, temperature and ease of ironing means every need is catered for. It is super-quiet until the cycle is finished when it plays you a tune which you find yourself humming but in fairness you can mute it. The quick wash cycle is 15 mins but this is lengthened a little by your spin speed and water temperature choices but not by much and is adequate for most purposes to be honest. It was next day delivery by courier and a cinch to install and on registering with Samsung we got a free upgrade to a 5 year warranty. What’s not to love!

Quality washing machine lots of space for big loads and really quiet when spinning.

Lovely washing machine at a great price. No qualms with the look and functionality. My issue is the measurements are completely wrong on the depth (not just an Amazon issue). It's reported to be 550mm however the manual shows it to be 575. The true depth, if going from back to door when closed is 630mm. For many this might not be a concern but our machine goes into a utility at a tight angle which made this incredibly difficult and resulted in me having to take a cupboard apart.

This is the nightmare of the washing machine,the door is jammed after every single wash, you'll need to do a rinse and spin program for 16 minutes to be able to open the door, Samsung support it's a joke,4 hours on a call and got nowhere,not recommended to anyone who's after a good reliable washing machine,brrrrrrrrrtt

It’s absolutely fantastic and it’s lovely to have a working washing machine again well worth the money and I love the fact I don’t have to to keep checking it to see when the cycle is finished because it plays music really happy with it and it looks fabulous in my kitchen
