When the afternoon slump hits, these perk me up to get me thru work and into the evening.

I was wondering how much caffeine was in these gummies, since it isn't listed on the label. I did some quick calculations to get an idea of range. My estimated total was 3mg per serving (2 gummies). That's not a lot, which could explain the wide variety of reviews on the product effectiveness. That being said, they're tasty and priced on the low end for energy gummies. But if you're looking for a big caffeine energy hit, I don't think these are a good fit.

I love these Gummies! The gym I go to, Farrell’s, sells them for two or three times as much money. And they are the exact same ingredients and exact same Gummies. The only thing I didn’t like is they don’t list the amount of caffeine per serving. I looked up all of the ingredients and calculated it as about 47 mg caffeine per serving, which isn’t huge. They’re perfect for an afternoon pick me up, I keep a bottle on my desk at work.

Absolutely no boost in energy for me. I don't have caffeine regularly, so when I do have a cup of coffee, I notice the effects. With these gummies, I feel nothing. Strangely, each time I took them. I felt even more tired afterwards. Maybe my bottle was accidentally filled with melatonin gummies? 😅

Better than regular just chew like the flavor
