Saves Time/Money, No More Soap Waste
Per the title I have saved a ton in soap, because before I was a two bucket washer. One for soap, one to rinse and clean the mitt. I have an F150 and a Camry and even with a dirty F150 one canister was all I used. About 3 oz of soap. Before the foam cannon I easily used double that amount using the ol bucket mitt and mitt rinse bucket method. This cannon wastes zero soap and uses half the amount as mentioned before. The detachable nozzle gives you a great spray pattern for rinsing too. The clear canister seems flimsy, so take care not to drop it on concrete. The rest of it seems hardy enough. I would also add that the foam, combined with filling the canister with warm water saves a lot of time in washing. The warm foam quickly lifts dirt so I can be slightly more careless with a mitt and the entire vehicle is clean. No more missed spots which is cool. That’s with using a quality soap, and I only use chemical guys car care liquids. Except for the turtle wax “wax as you dry” stuff. That’s a great product as well. Considering the amount of times I wash my vehicles, if it lasts two years I will be happy. I would absolutely buy another one. I wash them both at least twice a month because of the lousy trees in my yard and the birds in them crapping out stuff onto them.

Chemical Guys Torq Foam Blaster 6. Quick, simple, and effective.
Straight out of the box, the first Torq Foam Blaster 6 I purchased, leaked between the base of the black foaming wand and the green mixing head, as shown in some of the reviewer’s pictures. If yours does that, return it. I exchanged mine for another, received the replacement within 3 days, and it works perfectly, with absolutely no leaks anywhere. The device is made mostly of plastic, however the brass is actually brass, and not just aluminum sprayed with what appears to be a brass coating. Originally purchased for those quick in between car washes, I find myself reaching for it more often than not because it’s that quick, simple, and effective. I wanted to finally get rid of, so used the last of my Meguiars Gold Class soap, put the dial on 3, and this thing threw a surprising amount of suds with a soap not really designed to foam. I first rinsed, then foamed the entire car. As I washed, I could simply disconnect the container from spray nozzle, rinse vehicle, re-attach container to spray nozzle and cover entire vehicle (water causes water spots, not suds) a second time for the contact wash. It takes mere seconds to go from foaming to rinsing and back to foaming. I do saturate my mitt with suds, rinse and re-saturate said mitt for each panel, as well as re-foam each panel as I contact wash. Again, the design takes only seconds to remove and re-attach. The suds provide the lubricity to help minimize the inevitable micro-marring that comes with a contact wash. After two full passes, wash mitt saturation, and re-foaming each panel, I have just less than half a bottle of mixture left. Amazing! To be clear, this does not produce that thick shaving cream foam you get using a power washer and foam cannon; it produces SUDS. It’s good for loosening the topical contaminants, and after rinsing, the second and subsequent foaming provides lubricity for the contact wash. As for those with pictures of a broken foaming nozzle, and broken nozzle sprayer handle, c’mon man. If you’re applying enough force to break this sturdy plastic, you weren’t watching where you were planting your size 14 foot, or you’re doing it really really wrong. Even though I own a power washer and two very good foam cannons, the simplicity, ease of use, and effectiveness of this little jewel has me reaching for it time and time again. I haven’t had the o-ring blow out on me, but if it does, I’m prepared with a replacement. I can’t speak for the nylon quick connect that comes with the Torq, in that I use a brass quick connect with shutoff valve on hose end, and put a cheap orange big box store, aluminum brass colored male quick connect on spray nozzle, with absolutely no leaks. Caveat: The cheap quick connects wear out quickly. I can easily disconnect whole foam gun assembly, and replace it with your wife’s favorite 7 function spray nozzle. I’m very pleased with my purchase of the Chemical Guys Torq Foam Blaster 6.

Good entry level foam gun
Got a new car and was told never to do car washes so that led me to some foam guns. I wanted to start with a hose one before I bought a pressure washer one and that led me to the Chemical Guys Foam Blaster. It's a good concept for an entry level foamer. I'm happy with its use so far. Key features: • Install: 5/5 - it's easy to put together and the directions are clear • Ease of use: 5/5 - Once put together, it's really easy to use • Performance: 4/5 - It does foam the car, but the foam itself isn't very thick • Value: 4/5 - I expected a little better performance at its price point. I've only used it once, so I can't speak to its durability yet but will update after a lot of uses. Final take: I think it's a very good entry level foam gun that is functional. If you're looking for top-notched clean, I think you're better off going the pressure washer option.

A Good Second Option
I wanted something better than a hose/bucket combo, but not as cumbersome as our pressure washer. In Las Vegas heat, you're melting after 9am and would like to be inside in AC by then. So let's just say, "It's a keeper." It's not nearly as good as our pressure washer but for doing one car quickly, it's more than enough. I gave it 5 stars because it's not supposed to replace a pressure washer but for one car in Las Vegas summer heat where you're trying to complete before the summer heat melts you, it works just fine. What you'll notice if you normally use a pressure washer is, the foam is not nearly as fine and the distance sprayed is maybe 4 feet. The hose spray nozzle is adequate but would benefit from an attachment to concentrate the water spray to remove soap. The equipment cleanup is quick and easy. It may even replace my pressure washer...at least in the summer sun.

10/10 recommend
It works really well, I love that you can adjust the amount of water that comes through. I love how light it is and how easy it is to use. It’s a really good product and the price is really good too!

Rince parfaitement!

Received mine and was pleasantly surprised that it does provide a decent foam from a mains pressure hose.

Initially, I wasn't happy with this product because the hose head was leaking badly, but Amazon was able to send me a replacement. The product works ok and is definitely suitable if you want to wash your car without a pressure washer. However, if you have a pressure washer, a foam cannon is far superior. One other note is that it uses a decent amount of soap that only lasts one car and you will still likely have to do a contact wash unless your soap is extremely strong.

Does not work, I gave it a few attempts to make sure I was using it properly. Definitely an issue with the product and not the user. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they want a shower while they clean their car. Hose leaks at the connection and drenches you while you try to spray the car.
