Good quality avo oil
I like cooking with avocado oil, it tolerates high heat, has a mild taste, and is known to be healthy. Recommend.

Great product
Great healthy oil choice. Use it for a myriad of recipes: Dressings, frying, baking. High smoke point and great taste. With all the negative info on seed oils, and the fact that avocado oil has a healthy omega profile and high smoke point, this product is a winner.

As advertised
This a good value. I have tried other brands but have never had an issue with the taste or smell of this oil. It is a great quality oil. I use it most in my baking and oven roasting. It flows nicely in my spray bottle. The taste is soft in chili crisps. I have used it to saute but I won't waste it to fry food. it is a good balance in light vinegarets, without the heavy peppery olive flavor.
