Samsonite Omni 2 Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels

Love it. Been on a few journeys with it now and it looks like new.

Have owned for less than 6 months now, the handle does not extend any more and remains stuck in the suitcase. It is no longer usable

This is a gorgeous rose gold Samsonite suitcase which I loved - purchased in May and used on a trip to the US, lightweight and a great size for all the essentials. Unfortunately on my 2nd use - our summer holiday our airline damaged the zip to the expandable section meaning that it is now impossible to close the expanding section. The zips are clearly very easily damaged and for a case costing £210 I would say the quality and value for money is pretty terrible. I would advise to avoid buying as the quality of the zips are not fit for purpose especially for a quality brand such as Samsonite. Very disappointed.

The picture for this item clearly shows a TSA lock yet when my cases arrived it doesn't have one. I am very disappointed. I bought it expecting it to have the lock especially given how expensive the case is to buy. I invested in a good case hoping I would have it for years. I would look for a different case if you are thinking of purchasing. Most premium brands have TSA locks as standard. I think this an old model being sold for the price of the new model. I don't have enough time to return it before my trip now.

These do not have the locking system advertised and will need to be padlocked false advertsing

The item description says comes with TSA locks but it hasn't. Don't buy.
