Guys who are interested in buying this product have something in common - to help them with their fertility for one reason or another. The thought of taking supplements makes one feel at ease that they are doing their part of the equation. However, the ingredients in this supplement are simple over-the-counter feel-good supplements. I am surprised to see that magnesium stearate is listed under "other ingredients" and not one of the primary ingredients of this supplement. Before I dive deep into magnesium, I'd like to point out that close to one-half of the ingredients provide quick pep energy which includes a slight increase in blood flow. Niacin also gives the feeling of flush and tingliness that may be interpreted as an increase in libido but not quite the same, especially when paired with cyanocobalamin. Now back to magnesium. The problem with combining all of the ingredients in one capsule is the delivery timing into the system. They may have a unique reaction individually but to use them for the purpose of improving one's fertility, the ingredients should be used systematically. Imagine all the musical instruments in an orchestra playing all at the same time, the sound produced will not be considered as music but just incoherent noise. On the other hand, when they follow an arrangement, they become music. Same with the ingredients in this supplement. As they are digested, some of them will counter the effects of another leaving them suboptimal and will not have the desired effect. Magnesium stearate is a good precursor for the other ingredients if taken alone 30 minutes before taking the rest. It helps program the mitochondria to assimilate incoming nutrients. Vitamin C, Zinc, and Q10 are good when used before bedtime to help the recovery of the body as it goes to rest mode. The rest of vitamin B is best used early in the morning or before strenuous activity as it helps increase the distribution of oxygen to the body. Now, as far as the rest of the ingredients Longjack, Maca, Panax, Selenium, and D-aspartic is mostly beneficial if there are no problems with the liver. I should say, their potency directly correlates to the health of the liver. For those who are easy to review this product and say it doesn't work for them, there are many factors as to why and I just listed some of them in this review. In summary, the ingredients in this product are good on their own when taken with strategy but may not work in their optimal expectation when packaged together in one capsule. I have not met anyone who has a sorting department in their digestive tract and delivers the supplement when needed by the body. Last thing. Because of the high level of Vitamin B in this supplement, avoid taking other supplements or drinks that contain vitamin B as you can overdose and experience unwanted side effects from vitamin B.
