Melatonin does nothing for my sleep, it’s like giving me candy. I take this for the calming effect. Which it does do. Nice calm before bed. Nice flavor. I did like them better before they changed the texture.

I've had sleep issues my entire life. Those are the breaks when your body's natural inclination is to go to sleep at 5 or 6 am and wake up 4 hours later, or, if I'm lucky, at 1 or 2 pm, but normal life requires that you go to bed at 9 pm to get up and go to work at 5 am instead. I've been taking the Olly sleep gummies for about a year (2 gummies per night) and they're worked fairly well, but I wanted to try something else out of curiosity. When I saw these, I realized the ingredients were similar, but there's the same amount of melatonin in 1 Natrol gummy as in 2 Olly gummies, which means I can spend about half as much per month, since they're priced similarly. Taste wise, I prefer these. So much so that I kind of wish I was still taking 2 per night because they're likey little treat before bed. In terms of efficacy, I've found that I sleep as well, if not better with the Natrol than I did with the Olly. I don't know why that is, since there is less of the other ingredients in 1 Natrol gummy, than in 2 Ollys, but whatever is causing it, I'll take it. If I don't take the gummies, I generally have trouble falling asleep and will usually struggle to knock out before midnight. My work-week routine is to take 1 as soon as I get home, around 6pm, along with my Zyrtec allergy pill (which also makes me drowsy), then I eat dinner, and by around 8 or 8:30, I'm starting to feel like I'm naturally becoming more and more sleepy. By 9 or 9:30 I'm ready for bed and I can usually sleep fairly well until just before my alarm goes off at 5. If I don't have to be anywhere, I can often stay asleep until 7 or 8 am, which is unheard of for me because I also have a habit of waking up after about 4 hours of sleep and then not being able to fall asleep again. I hate the idea of leaning on a sleep aid every night, so I often don't take these on my days off, but there's a noticable change in my ability to sleep and the quality of my sleep when I'm not taking them, so I may start taking them nightly. Highly recommend these to anyone suffering from chronic sleep problems or temporary insomnia. Just know that all melatonin supplements will give many people really odd, insanely vivid, sometimes terrifying dreams at first. That lasted about a month and a half for me, but was fine by me, since I enjoy having crazy dreams (except the 1 nightmare that was so bad I almost had to call out of work because I was so mentally and emotionally disturbed by it).

I’ve been using Natrol Sleep Gummies for years, and overall they work really well. I usually notice myself feeling more relaxed within about 30–45 minutes, and they definitely help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. The added calming ingredients are a nice bonus compared to standard melatonin. That said, the biggest downside for me has been the inconsistency in texture and flavor. Some batches are taste great, while others are an odd mushy or stale texture, and have a slightly off flavor. It’s not a dealbreaker since the effectiveness is there, but it does make the experience less consistent than I’d expect. If the quality control on texture and taste were more consistent, this would easily be a 5-star product. As it stands, it’s still a solid option if you’re mainly focused on results.

It helps me disconnect and rest better, and the best part is that it tastes good.

The product is good….but they changed the texture and they stick together in a clump horribly. The consistency in my mouth as well as how much easier it is to get them separated and out of the container was WAY better before they changed it. It was more gummy and translucent. The flavor was better too. Please change it back!

I have tried many other melatonin gummies in various strengths and keep coming back to this one. I take two at night and within 30 minutes I am starting to get sleepy. These help me stay asleep and don’t leave me feeling tired or groggy in the morning. My Oura ring sleep score has improved since using them! The only negative is that the gummies get kind of dried out after awhile but the still taste great!

These gummies work well with no side effects!
